I usually stick with the same phone for years because I just don't like change. But it didn't take me long to adjust to the newness and I couldn't wait to find the perfect cover and screen protector. That's when Joe K took me straight to the Accessory Store in Elk Grove. The minute we walked in, I knew I would find what I was looking for here. Even the products online just didn't wow me. This store had a huge number of assorted cases on display for most brands, makes, and models. The clerk on staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about their merchandise. I had a hard time making my selection, but I finally found a bling style rhinestone encrusted case that I had always wanted! I also got a screen protector to go with it. The nice young man who was assisting us, put it all together for me at no additional charge. Joe K also purchased a vehicle cup holder/cell phone stand and two car chargers. The prices were very reasonable. Never did I think that we would have a fulfilling shopping trip at a phone accessory store! They were able to open it but thats where the service stopped. I got my LCD back opened and paid for the labor. I was told they would look for a replacement LCD for me but never did. I called to follow up and just end up giving up and completing the fix on my own. On the plus side, I learned how to repair my own LCD dash so thats a plus.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!…read more I went in about two weeks ago to trade in my old iPhone for a brand new one, which I have DONE before at this place. I went in and they didn't necessarily greet me in the moment because they had one other customer, but over a few minutes they greeted me and asked me how I was. Which I replied in a settle tone. I was soon helped by a representative with my questions about trading in my device that wasn't able to work. He confirmed multiple times ensuring me that a cracked and non-workable phone is eligible for trade in. (!!!Mind you I asked multiple times over and over & all his replies were yes I'm able to trade it in for a new device!!!). We sat down and talked about the trade in price and value of my old device, trading in for a new one. Once we have discussed all of that, the representative STATED " so you're trading this non-workable iPhone for a new one correct", and I said "yes" . Once we have finished all of the discussing and agreeing, he told me bring the phone home and transfer all of my information onto my new device and bring back the old phone within TWO weeks. Which I did, when I came back two weeks later the representative said that I was trading in a whole different device for my new one ( which I never stated that, although I had another device, it's non- workable as well, it wasn't able to transfer any of my information so I was trying to trade my other phone which is also non-workable but the data is backed up on the one I wanted to trade!!!). I told the representative, I have clearly stated I wanted to trade in the one I already had backed up and he said yes two weeks prior. I came back to this place to bring my old phone they told me to bring back for them. Once I went in told them, gave them my information, and the representative said "under this new phone in this account, it shows you are trading a different device not this one" . I KNOW for a fact when I left that day receiving the new phone and agreeing, I could trade in the one that was backed up, that manager didn't like it at all!!! Which I think made his employee change it under my plan saying I was supposed to trade in the non- workable one that WASN'T backed up. The managers attitude and his facial expressions were the rudest, discourteous, and impolite!! This place, the workers, and ESPECIALLY the manger wasted my precious time out of my DAY. Telling me one thing and confirming multiple times it's possible, and then telling me it's not possible. I wouldn't ever recommend this place at all!!
