Absolutely 100% satisfied with ICANN Moving Company. My daughter had a semi-emergency situation which required that she move within 4 days. I live overseas, so I was unable to help her much. I contacted ICANN, and talked to Ms. Holt. She was a gem! She made me feel as if I was her only customer. She understood my situation, and reserved a date to move my daughter and waited while I worked with my daughter to sort out her situation. Two days later I confirmed the date with Ms. Holt. The movers showed up and expertly packed my daughter's things and carefully loaded them on the trailer. By the way, that was the biggest trailer I have ever seen. The employees were very polite and impressed mom, which isn't very easy to do. Then they moved my daughter's things 35 miles to her new place. They unloaded everything in her home, and somehow worked their magic to get that big sofa through that narrow door without damaging the door or the sofa. I am still not sure how they did it, but they did it. The entire move took maybe three hours to complete. The cost of the move was the most reasonable I could find. I called several other moving companies, and they were easily more expensive and less flexible. None of them could move my daughter on such short notice. I can't begin to describe how stressed I was arranging for a new place for my daughter to live and all of the extras that comes with that while being 6,000 miles away. ICANN worked with me without causing any stress. They were easily the best part of the entire move. I hope to shake Ms. Holt's hand and give her a hearty "Thank You" when I return home for what she and her company has done for my daughter. I highly recommend this moving company. read more

We moved out of our large home into storage units and now 9 months later after building a new home, we used ICANN Moving Company again to move from our storage units into our new home. Everyone was over the TOP and incredibly helpful during this long journey. We had many antique pieces, lots of crystal, glass, large paintings, big framed mirrors and porselen along with heavy expensive furniture and all of our belongings were carefully wrapped and taken care of. There were just a few repairs that were handeled very professionally by a furniture repair company that ICANN Moving Company hired to come from Houston so my furniture could look even better than it had before. Unbelievable! Everyone were in a good mood with lots of smiles and helpful hands. We felt like we gained new friends. The owner was on the sight and oversaw all the work constantly. What seemed like an unbelievably difficult task, was made easy and fun! The company business approach was good. Rapid response to sending me relevant information and it was straightforward to making an arrangement. The company was aware that an earlier in the day an unrelated move was running very late and called in a second crew and dispatched them to Longview arriving only an hour or so later than original plan. Crew leader was knowledgeable,worked efficiently , and was very polite. Lady helper hustled throughout the loading process and three separate unloading moves. Third helper was also a hard worker and polite. Respected property as well as effective use of time late on a Friday afternoon . If occasion arises I would use this company again. read more

Very Easy going guys, knew what they were doing. Never complained, acted like it was all about me and what I wanted. Price was as quoted, but a few things to note; When you get the quote make sure they know about large heavy and bulky items, such as a large safe, how many stairs if not on ground floor, By the hour is still active during travel time so it's so much per mile and they are still on the hourly load and unload rate on top of this. They don't transport things like propane tanks for say a gas grill for safety reasons, so understand certain hazardous items you're on your own with transporting. read more
