I tried Icare nails based on online reviews. Plus it's convenient to where I work out. I got so lucky! The person who approached me was friendly and outgoing. She actually talked to me while she did my nails... that's rare. The tools that she used were packaged for sterilization which was very reassuring. I get neutral colored gel nails, but Yoyo, who does my nails is extremely talented with what I would describe as novelty nails. They are works of art. This was my first time here. I was looking for a place near my home to treat my daughter in law and my 3 year old granddaughter to a mani/pedi. The place was immaculate and the staff was friendly and experts at their craft. We looked at "the menu" of Mani/Pedi options and they helped us select the right treatments for our needs. It was my granddaughter's first experience with a salon. Nicole had set up the appointment through my request on YELP. She was also the nail tech for my guests, and was very relaxed and patient with "the baby"(who was sitting in her Mama's lap). All three of us had a great experience and walked out with gorgeous nails and a great experience. I plan on making Icare Nails my "go to" salon. Excellent service and expertise! read more

The nails were just not it. I went with my friends to get my Christmas inspired nails. Alex, yoyo and Nicole were all really nice, but I am not a fan of the nails I got. When I first sat in the chair and was asked what shape I wanted, I asked for square like I always get. They acted like they didn't know what I was talking about, so I repeated and still ended up with coffin nails. The designs are very sloppy and just not cute, they look nothing like the picture. My pedicure experience was ok, not great and not bad. Making the appointment was a little tricky. I asked for a Monday afternoon and kept getting responses for 10am, 11 am, etc. Not sure they understood the after noon, as in 12pm, part. My pedicure was satisfactory, nothing to write home about. The salon is not close enough to my house for me to go back. I am sure I can find plenty of satisfactory nail salons that are closer to me. read more

I started going here when I was traveling on business to MO and now that I'm a resident, I'm there every two weeks. It's a family owned business so its the same staff always and they take their time to get it right. Since I believe they earned it, I'm happy to provide a 5 star review for iCare Nails & Spa in Chesterfield Valley. We just moved to the area and after some research I finally found a nail salon that meets my criteria. iCare Nails & Spa is new and if they retain their current quality and attention to cleanliness and details they will certainly retain my business. Like many people, when I have the time, I want to feel relaxed and pampered. I recognize sometimes tight schedules require quicker service. Based on my first visit, iCare seemed to be able to provide that personalized service to customers who had less time. That's refreshing because hectic schedules dictate different needs. Cleanliness is of upmost importance to me. Too many nail salons neglect good sanitation practices and too many customers are either uninformed or willing to overlook them. iCare uses disposable pedicure tub liners, files, buffers, and toe separators. I was told they strictly follow sanitation protocol for reuse nail grooming tools. I don't feel like I have to compromise my health to get a good manicure and pedicure. iCare was neat and clean, no dirt or dust. They must have the appropriate ventilation system because there was no strong chemical odors. I chose one of their deluxe manicure and pedicure services. Yoyo was my nail technician. She was professional, conscientious, thoughtful and friendly, with a gentle touch. I walked out relaxed and highly satisfied. My initial visit was truly a wonderful experience. Traveling from out of town and was looking for a good, clean pedicure place (I'm rather picky). Found this little place and had a great experience! Pedicures are a little more expensive than average ($30) but honestly worth it. My feet feel great and the massage was wonderful! The two girls working were also VERY friendly and easy to talk to. I went to Icare and Nicole after moving here from Chicago and not knowing where to get my nails done. I tried one place that was supposed to be rated great but my nails peeled after 3 days! So I looked up Icare and Nicole and she did my gel manicure on my very thin short nails perfectly! She was very patient and sweet and kind and professional and took her time to make sure my nails would be the best they could be. It's been over a week and they are still looking perfect! This is my first time getting my nails done here. Jasmine took care of me and I swear she is worth the drive from Clayton! She was pleasant and professional. It is clear that she really cares about her clients. She took her time with my pedicure and gives excellent foot and leg massages! I travel extensively for work and this is THE BEST nail salon experience I have ever had.
