Gave them 2 stars only because my nails don't look terrible but BEWARE, this is one of those salons that make up their own prices and can't explain why. Even after I showed them they up charged me $15 more for a full set of acrylic nails with gel polish (nothing extra) than the printed price on their counter, literally next to the register. The lady just kept repeating no that's wrong. I told her she should remove or update the written information and train people who are answering phones on accurate prices. They also quoted a completely different price when i called prior to coming in which was $10 difference instead of $15. Either way, they clearly charge whatever they choose in the moment. Dishonesty in business is a red flag for me, Will not be returning. read more

I absolutely love this place; before I came here I had been to quite a few different nail salons, and this one by far has to be my favorite because of the quality and pricing. First of all I can walk in without an appointment and get seated immediately and it only cost me $60 to get a full set of acrylics and color dip, plus not to mention the nail stylist actually talks to you while they are working on your nails. The place is always spotless and they always offer beverages to their customers to ensure maximum comfort. Oh and shout out to Lily for always getting my nails perfect and making my experience something to remember! read more

This is my second dip nail experience with them. I wouldn't say manicure because they blow through it and don't do anything of an actual manicure. No cuticle trimming, lotion, massage, anything. The women seemed angry that I was there in the first place. Each time I've gotten dip here it chips! I didn't even know dip could do that. The pricing here is also not very transparent. You get up there and it seems like they just make something up. For $80 my nails shouldn't chip in a few days. read more

I go here pretty often and my nails turned out soooooo good. But My last recent appointment, the lady I had didn't talk to me, she cut my cuticles to the point they bled. so painful. I asked for navy and got a royal blue and also showed an inspo pic for reference. Unfortunately, I just was not happy with my experience today. read more

Worst manicure I've ever had. I wear my nails very short, and simply requested they clean up my cuticles. They used a Dremel, painfully burned my cuticles, and left permanent ridges in all of my nails that are still growing out after eight weeks. read more

Very disappointed as a repeat customer the way I was treated . Came here to get my usual pedicure and dip nails yet this time decided to do yellow tips which I was told not a big deal to do. Lily was helping me... it took her 1.5 h to do my nails ( just hands) ... And apparently it was my fault at the end because I was charged $60 for that " design" as she called it. Which is unheard-of and after I asked why ? because she spent so much time with me and because that's not her typical nails that she do. Wow $88 for pedicure and "design nails". I understand and appreciate hard work I would have tip her nicely acknowledging how much time she spent with me . I felt like I was taking advantage of. Rio off. To bad ecause this place is beautiful new and clean. I expected manager to say something but she didn't. Their loss I WILL NOT be back. read more

this is the worst pedicure experience I've ever had. in the first 5 minutes I was really badly hurt on my pinky toe with the rotary drill and when I said I was hurt he laughed and said it was okay. the paint job was below average, my toe is still burning, and I still have dead skin on my feet. worst $75 I've ever spent in my life but the $5 tip was my own bad decision out of guilt. read more

First time at Fourseasons nail salon. I went in to get a fill with a new color on my nails. And had them trim down a little bit re-shaped them and put a new color on loved the experience. It was very relaxing they gave me a neck, massage and hand massage on both hands I also Didn't expect my nails to be only $40 for a fill and it made me very happy to know that the service was great. I literally walked in the door they had me sit down immediately and I wasn't waiting then the employees English was very kind. I'm used to paying 90 $95 for nails and I was very happy and pleased that I didn't have to pay $100 For nails and they look really really nice and I really enjoyed the experience. I would go back if I lived closer. read more

Came for French tip with shellac and new to the STL area and was hoping to make this my new mani/pedi home. Had to wait a long time and at the end was charged $43 for shellac that they layers did not look even and was very rushed. I've gotten French some many times and never had an experience like this before. No smoothing was done prior. It was nice in the inside but after my first experience I won't be returning. read more

I made an appointment online and got a confirmation that Hang Dang would be doing the manicure/pedicure. I arrived and was greeted. Someone asked who I had an appointment with I told her " Hang Dang". There was some talking, asking what services I wanted etc. I still am not sure if Hang Dang is a real person or not. I finally told them I didn't care who did the mani/pedi. The pedicure was decent and my toes look like crap. And I was charged 15.00 extra because I wanted gel in my toes.. I then went to the manicure chair with the same girl who did the pedicure. I sat down and she jumped right into preparing for dip nails. Keep in mind, my appointment that I made online was for mani/pedi, I had been asked several times what services I wanted and I expressed that I was there for a mani/pedi. I stopped her and said that I wanted a manicure, cuticles done etc. My cuticles don't look much better than when I arrived. I felt like she was trying to push the dip nails on me to get more money out of me and "because they do better than gel on the beach". I've been on enough beach vacations to know that gel has always done just fine for me. Now to the appearance of my nails after this manicure was done. The gel on my nails looks like someone raked over the top of them with a wire brush. They are scratched up, wavy and in some spots the polish doesn't make it to my cuticle. Doing Mani/pedi's is not my specialty but even I can look at my nails and toes and see how poor of a job was done. The place was loud with people yelling back and forth to each other, laughing loudly etc. I'm all for having fun at work but you still have to maintain a professional atmosphere. And then there was the awkward shoulder massage I got by surprise. Anymore nowadays it feels like a lot of these nail salons are just in the practice of getting people in and out as quickly as possible to make a buck instead of actually taking time to do a good job. What I walked out with today is not something I would be proud of. I just wanted a nice mani/pedi before my vacation but instead ended up walking out pissed off. read more

Hanna saved the day! She told me to come in after my experience yesterday. Completely nailed it (pun intended). She shaped my nails perfectly and fixed them to be even. She listened to what I wanted with a bubble pink color and clear top coat. They look beautiful now. Love it! read more

AVOID!!!!!!!!!! Horrible service! My nails look like hoofs! So thick!!!!! Lee, the nail tech, has not been trained properly. She cut my cuticles, burned with drill and chemical and did NOT polish my nails. The nasty attitude is very unwelcoming and SUPER OVER PRICED!!!! Do NOT waste your time or money! read more

I came here 2 days ago for a mani/pedi and I'm glad I did. I'm graduating nursing school and got on vacation so I wanted my nails and toes to look fabulous. Thao did my dip nails and it's like she got me. I showed her a few pictures of a style I was interested in and she immediately said we are going to do this, I trusted her because she was so confident, and I'm glad I did. I'm so I love with my nails and they even glow in the dark. Lucy did my pedicure and she was very sweet and did a great job. They are a little pricey because the up charges add up but I deserved a day Of pampering and it was well worth the price. The experience was excellent from start to finish and the wine was a nice touch. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!! I went to this salon to get a pedicure. They do not clean out their pedicure bowels, they just use the plastic bags, it still needs to be cleaned out? (I noticed from a person that had just finished) and a new customer sat down. The files and pedicure tool,they do not clean ,the rude lady just comes with this wicker basket? Then she does not trim or know how to do a pedicure. (which I guess was a good thing...dirty shop!! When I pointed out that she did not trim or polish my toes neatly, it was messy and polish was on side of my toes.... She got mad and wanted to give me back my money . She took a photo of the money she refunded back and wanted to take my photo?? I was walked out !! Her works kept yelling you can't take her picture of the customer "stop" STOP, I just walked out. Let's face it the "LIGHTS and MARBLE" look good but the unprofessionalism and not being able to back your skill is so sad! There are plenty of professional spa's in the same area, so try another one that is "clean " and professional. If you had a brake out with an infection this salon would deny it till the end! I have been here a couple times now. I wanted to switch shops since my last one was 25 minutes away. Every time I've had the pleasure of a new nail tech taking care of me. Every single woman who has done my nails has done a fantastic job! They have a wine bar in the back, a private room for waxing, very aesthetically pleasing as well. I do recommend making an appointment ahead of time just in case. They do tend to be busy after 5pm most nights I've gone. read more

Very clean and friendly. Several employees scheduled so I didn't see anyone have to wait when they arrived and were promptly greeted. I would love to know how to further report this waxer as she has done irreparable damage to my body when I wanted nothing more than to feel beautiful during my the end of my bridal era. Instead, my "Brazilian" area has ridiculously painful, unhealed wounds (internal and external) from a wax I got 2 months ago. Extremely negligent, unprofessional care, like she had zero idea what she was doing and had never waxed a human being before. I've been getting waxed for years and have never been treated like this, nor could I have ever imagined something like this happening to somebody. EWC, please reach out to me.

Unfortunately, the service was not done properly. Multiple areas were missed, the technique was rough (including re-waxing the same sensitive area), and I left with significant irritation and bumps. I'm 15 weeks pregnant, and I had chosen this spa specifically because I wanted to feel safe and confident in the provider's experience. I reached out afterward and was offered a "touch-up," but with the irritation I experienced, it didn't feel safe to continue. This was not the level of care or professionalism I expected, and I'm really disappointed given the spa's previous reputation.

If the goal is to encourage repeat business, I would recommend ensuring front desk staff greet customers warmly and avoid being on personal phones while guests are entering the business. A friendly first impression makes a big difference. The service from Frankie was the reason this visit ended on a positive note.

I have naturally dark hair with dark root touch-ups, and at that point it was a mix of orange, brassy highlights and multiple tones. Abby Lauren and Bobby explained that I basically had 3-4 different colors in my hair -- some highlights had been toned, others hadn't. Instead of lightening it further and risking more damage, they focused on restoring my hair's health. They added some beautiful money pieces, recommended an emergency treatment, and gave me a much-needed haircut. My hair had so much breakage it looked like a little rat tail, but the cut completely transformed it! After the treatment, my hair felt thicker, stronger, and healthier. And can we talk about the vibe? The energy in the salon is amazing -- everyone is upbeat, the music is great, and you can even sip on a cocktail while you get your hair done. It's truly such a fun, feel-good experience from start to finish. I'm so happy to have found a salon that not only cares about hair health but makes you feel fabulous while you're there.

She does take new clients but she has a very full schedule so if you are fortunate enough to get an appointment make sure you set your future appointments before you leave.

When we got here the owner recognized us from my call and was so sweet and welcoming. My girls just wanted gel manicures, but I wanted a pedicure. They have several to choose from, and I went with the hydrate and moisture pedi. She sold me on it when she said it came with hot stone massage. After picking my color I sat in one of their amazing massage chairs. Loved all the settings. But of course the best was the amazing leg massage with the hot stones! Get it! The salon is very clean and relaxing. Charming decor. Overall cozy feel. (I can't stand loud noisy nail salons) The technician who did my pedicure was excellent. She was very detailed and made sure I was enjoying and relaxing. The location is easy to get into. Plenty of parking.

The application of the acrylic was horrible but I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt by letting her finish. I asked her to put a light pink polish on the nail to cover the imperfections and give me a French tip. She couldn't even do that. When I tell her I didn't like them and to take them off she grabbed the owner who clearly couldn't see that her tech did an awful job. The owners excuse was I asked for too many layers of nail polish. (2 layers) as the polish was on the lighter side. I still got charged $40 for a terrible fill and had to go somewhere else to get them fixed. Luckily the owner of that salon took care of me and immediately saw how horrible the application was. I would not recommend this salon to anyone.

I've been going to my to Hanna 2 for a while now, and I couldn't be happier! She is incredibly talented, detail-oriented, and always makes sure my nails look absolutely perfect. Not only does she do amazing work, but she also makes every appointment so much fun. We always have the best conversations, and she creates such a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere that I genuinely look forward to seeing her. This option comes is a jelly pedicure which utilizes a jelly spa bath, extremely moisturizing and maintained its warm temperature for the entire duration of the foot bath. They gave me two well executed deep tissue massages from the knee down, and took their time doing so too! It was wonderful! I chose the standard gel manicure for my hands, which was completed in conjunction with the pedicure. They have a great variety of colors to choose from, I went with eggplant (#71) and a nude color for my hands. I will definitely be coming back!
