I got my iPhone 8 screen replaced here on 11/13. On 11/14 I noticed that the screen was coming apart on the side. I left a review here unhappy about it for obvious reasons. The owner contacted me. This is now my updated review. I went back today and it was discovered that the screen was defective. They were out of the white one so it had to be ordered and should be here in the next day or two. I even watched him open my phone up and take out all the tiny screws which was interesting to see. The guy who helped me at the booth, who I didn't get his name. Is very nice and friendly, and apologized for any issue i had. I have no problem at all with their being an issue with the screen itself and it being resolved especially if the item it's self is defective which can happen with anything. The only issue I have with this whole transaction is the way the owner talked to me at first after leaving a unhappy review at first. I would just say maybe make sure you're talking to the right person before being that way. read more

SCAMMER and DISHONEST Be Careful. They fixed the screen of my iPhone a few weeks ago. Suddenly, the screen started to do not working properly, and after a day, it completely died. I reached out to the company to get help, given that the phone was still covered by their warranty. That's when the shady and dishonest behavior started. Without even reviewing my phone, they claimed that was my fault. After I threaten to expose his behavior, he told me to stop by his shop. When I stopped by his shop, he claimed that he was the new owner of the business and that he is not responsible for any previous reparation (LOL). What a lier, I even have a screenshot of the text conversation. Moral of the story, I went to another shop, and I had my screen repaired in 20 minutes. Beware of this SCAMMER! read more

My phone screen was broken. I thought it was broken. I mean the screen looked crazy. I couldnt even unlock my password or make a call. One of the guys hooked me up with a new screen that saved my phone when I subsequently broke it within a month (I'm a bit drop happy with my phone) and they even replaced the broken screen that saved my phone from shattering! It's almost surreal how good the service is. My battery is so bad that it won't hold power for more than few hours anymore and I was going to change it at apple, I had to wait a week for the next reservation and it's $79 +tax. I looked at couple places and found this which is not only the cheapest for the original apple battery and has the best rating. I figured I'll give it a try. I immediately went to Yelp and found Sam (he was the closest). He has a kiosk in Hollywood & Highland, in the center of the mall, near CPK and The Shoe Palace. I can't recommend Sergio enough. Customer service should be 100 stars! I requested a quote yesterday for a screen replacement and he responded within 15 minutes and met me at my work to do the repair within the hour, and repaired it very quickly. I noticed a few hours after the repair was complete that the middle of the screen wasn't working. I contacted him first thing this morning and told him what was going on. He again came to my work, verified that it wasn't working properly, and fixed replaced the screen again, no questions asked. Came in today due to a phone charging issue and that was easily repaired within 25 minutes. While the charging is now working, my Touch ID no longer works. They did try to repair and I saw the effort going into it thus I am leaving this honest review for the service. I'm happy my phone now charges but will try to figure out the touch ID issues here or try and get a new phone. Overall I would recommend this place for the price/time/service for any phone repair issues. Note - You'll need parking validation elsewhere. Sergio's service is fantastic. The reviews tell the truth and I too am a skeptic. He came to my apartment complex and fixed by broken screen right in the lobby. He responded promptly to my yelp message but I missed the reply, when I called him to see if we could schedule he said I'll be there in 10 minutes and he was! Phone seemed to be working fine, but later I noticed it lacked sensitivity in certain parts of the screen. I called him immediately (8:30 pm on a Sunday) he answered and said he'd be to my place first thing in the morning, which he was. He did a different replacement and bingo, works perfectly. This is no joke. The best service ever. I dropped my iPhone 6 plus, shattered the whole front of it. I called a couple places to get prices to fix it and it was 70 and up. Keep in mind the stores close early and then there's parking. I called Sergio at IFix and he was available at any time to come to my place or where ever I was at to fix it and no fee to drive to me. She was rude, barely could understand her and then said it wasn't her responsibility that there was no one to fix the phone. Then why are you sitting on the stool; representing the kiosk business, with no answers to the questions and no skills to provide? First of all. I called in and they said to come they will be there. They were not. Then they put a black screen on a rose gold phone with white button because they didn't have white one at that time. When I called to replace the black screen for the right one, they never picked up. When my phone ran out of battery I noticed that bottom screen led lights were broken on the black screen.
