I was referred to iCarryAll by some other iphone repair shop who couldn't figure out what was wrong with my nephew's Iphone 6plus ( it would turn on and after the apple logo came up it'd totally shut down) and told me that the problem was not a bad battery and most likely was the motherboard and that it'd be expensive to repair and that perhaps iCarryAll would be able to help . When I got to iCarryAll I was greeted by Dulce in a very jolly, friendly attitude. I paid the $35 diagnosis fee (which was credited towards the repair fee) and left my phone. Close to an hour later she called and told me that my phone was ready and that I had an unpaid balance of only $10 !! Since I was led to believe by a different repair shop that the problem could be the motherboard I was happily surprised and shocked that my total for the repair would end up being just under $50! Dulce told me that the problem was not the motherboard and that it was actually a minor fix. I am so grateful that they were honest about the diagnosis and repair and that they didn't take advantage of my assumption that it was the motherboard. As soon as I get enough money I will bring my cracked screen phone for repairs. From now on this is my go to place and I highly recommend it. P.S. I messaged via Yelp ahead to get pricing for screen repair on an iPhone 7 Plus. I received a response almost immediately, faster than any of the other business I messaged to inquire. Because of this, I decided to bring my phone in for repair. I was helped by Dulce, who was very thorough about the process. Even though the shop was crowded, she was very polite and never rushed me through my questions. As promised, my phone was repaired during the 45 minute window. Upon pick up, my phone looked as good as new. It wasn't until a few hours later when I tried to answer my phone, I couldn't hear who was on the other line. I called iCarryAll, hoping to reach Dulce to explain the problem. She wasn't there, and I was worried that whoever was there wouldn't be inclined to help me since I had already paid and left with the phone. I spoke with Robert and he was more than accommodating. He didn't hesitate to honor their 30 day warranty, and advised I bring the phone in right away so they could investigate. This place is phenomenal. Here's what happened: my hard drive died on a weekend and I couldn't find anyone who did data recovery on a Sunday. Only them. So I took it in and they immediately got to work. The next day I had a fully recovered hard drive. And they only charged me the base price they quoted. So i checked several places in town to repair my Samsung S5 broken screen, I called around, and every store was asking 200 dollars or even more and needed 4 hours to do the job almost the price of a new phone. But i found out that these guys here did it for 170 dollars in about an hour, and most important: With a friendly smile. On top of that they gave me a free glass protection screen, just for the fun of it. in case next time it would fall or break again. Do not come here this place is a scam. I paid to have my phone fixed here and they did not fix it quickly. It took weeks for them to replace the screen on my cell phone. When I got my cell phone back the screen was installed incorrectly. Only hours after I had gotten my cell phone back the screen began to crack by it's self. I brought the phone back to the store and they refused to take responsibility for the poor work they had done. They tried to charge me more money to fix it again. First of all I just read the reviews of this company and what I wrote below matches what the other ample 1 star ratings say. They are thieves and frauds. The BBB should shut this place down. And it says something that all the bad reviews are 1 star and all the good reviews are 5 stars (another fraud LOL). I wouldn't be surprised if the 5 star ratings are from employees or family. Gross. MY REVIEW: These guys totally scammed me. I work across the street and needed an iPhone 5 cable to charge my phone. They pulled out a nicely coiled, bright white iPhone cable that wasn't in any packaging. The owner intensely assured me that the usb/thunderbolt cable was indeed an Apple brand product, even though they wouldn't explain why it didn't come in the original packaging. I trusted the owner (Rob) and took him at his word. I immediately went back to my office to put the cable to use and it didn't work from the get go. I walked right back and they tried to get it to work to no avail and gave me a different one. That one worked for about a month and then just stopped working. I've been using my original usb cable that came with my iPhone 5 for over a year-and-a-half and it's working great. Why'd two of these "brand new Apple cables" fail in just a few weeks? Coincidence? I think not. I went back today and the staff laughed and said I'd be lucky to get a refund and that I was basically SOL. It seems these guys knowingly push bad, cheap, imitation knock offs as the real deal and aren't interested in customer service. STAY AWAY. Lesson learned. read more

IT'S A TOURIST TRAP! I bought a Sandisk SD Card here for almost 40$ during my trip to LA and it was an imitation. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE HERE. Shortly after taking my phone here I ordered a replacement battery from Amazon. When I popped open the phone I found that two parts were missing. One of them was the tiny plate that keeps the cables connected between the LCD and the rest of the phone. Because this was missing, the cables came disconnected, which caused the LCD to stop working. I bought this phone brand new from T-mobile. The first time it was ever opened was at this shop. The second time was when I opened it myself and found the parts missing. Those are the facts. So either the parts were missing from the factory, someone broke into my phone without my knowledge and stole a couple of parts with very little value, or the tech f-ed up and didn't screw them back in. I was originally going to take the phone to FastFix in North Hollywood. The phone was in immediate need of repair and I just brought it here because I was in the neighborhood and I thought it was going to be more convenient. Big mistake. read more

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They've destroyed my iPad mini!! I wish I could give NO STARS!!! I took it in for a simple GLASS ONLY replacement. First they forgot to install the magnet that allows for the screen to automatically turn off when closing the Smart Cover. Instead saying ok, we screwed up, we'll fix it -- they first tried to tell me my Smart Cover wasn't authentic and was aftermarket. It IS AUTHENTIC and I even have the receipt to prove it. I even told them to use ANY SMART COVER THEY'D LIKE to test it themselves. So after realizing they're wrong they kept it for days to fix the magnet and when I got it back the NEW screen was already scratched in multiple places, it has dust underneath the glass that's now there forever, it isn't connected or glued properly and always pops up, makes cracking sounds, and the touch sensitivity does not always work properly. It's a piece of crap now. They are inexperienced and they've destroyed my iPad. I wish I went somewhere more reputable with solid reviews because their reviews are obviously done by their employees. So now I'm making sure that others don't make my mistake. Again-- DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR iPHONE, iPAD or iPOD repair of ANY kind!!! Some serious advice: DO NOT bring your phone here if it needs anything more than a screen fix. Brought an iPhone 6 here to fix the screen and some other issues (battery, power button). Knew the pricing was somewhat expensive but the shop was close by and they said they could get it done quickly. They ended up taking a little longer than quoted but that's not a big deal. I got the phone back and the screen was all fixed but the power button still didn't work. Obviously had to give it back to them and wait even longer this time. When they returned it all seemed well until I realized the battery was still totally messed up. The phone would turn off randomly any time battery dropped below 50%. Big hassle. So I took the phone back a couple days later and they said it would be a $35 fee just to diagnose the problem! Even after showing them my receipts from a couple days before! Ridiculous. Took that a sign to just bring it in to Apple. Long story short, avoid this place at all costs. Over-priced and terrible customer service. The people seem nice when you talk to them but they'll screw you over when it actually comes to getting your phone fixed. Horrible experience. Would give 0 stars if possible. read more

If 0 stars was an option, I'd choose that. Do NOT use this place. They claim to do the same repairs as an Apple store, but they clearly use substandard parts that result in inoperable devices. I brought my iPhone 5 to repair a cracked screen right before a trip out of the country. Once I was on the plane I realized that there were several issues with my phone: I couldn't make phone calls, and the touch screen was malfunctioning like crazy. I brought it back when I returned from my trip, and they fixed the phone calling function, and when I complained about the touch screen malfunctioning, they said it was an issue unrelated to the repair. So now I basically have a worthless iPhone. I'll obviously never go here again, and strongly caution anyone considering it to stay away. read more

Got my screen fixed on a Tuesday and a suspicious mark came up on it less then 24hrs later which began to impair the workability of the phone. I don't know how this mark arose. iCarryAll said the fault was mine. I said it was iCarryAll. After much deliberation with the Manager, Robert, we came to an amicable agreement which started with iCarryAll saying I had to pay for an entirely new screen ($87 incl. tax), to getting a discount ($60 not incl. tax) to agreeing to disagree on whom the fault lay with. End result - I reluctantly forked out $43 incl.. tax for a new screen. Granted neither Robert nor I were 100% happy with the outcome but by the end of our hour long debate on what the moral obligations of iCarryAll should be when it came down to a screen they installed becoming faulty less then 24hrs later, it was a decent outcome. Robert is a good guy. Honest. And in the end he gave me the best offer he could. The experience may have started out a bit bad but at the end of it all, I have a phone that works again and I'm confident that Robert, in his managerial position, did the best he could. Do not buy from here! The guy is an absolute rip off!! They will replace your iPhone screen for a whopping $185. The replacement will be extremely cheap, and the color will be off. In addition, the screen will lift in several places. Ultimately, you will need to replace it again shortly after getting your phone repaired from here. Do not, do not, do not waste your money here. SCAMMER.FRAUD.RUDE. Do not be fooled by the great reviews. He gives you a discount if you give him a good review right there. First off, his phones ARE NOT brand new. He lies and says they are, but they are absolutely refurbished. I bought a "brand new" phone and within 24 hours it already was spazzing out. I get it "fixed", then days later have to come back because the screen is not responding. I leave my phone with him (horrid mistake) because in the time I'm gone he somehow cracks the back and blames it on me. I treat my new things like a newborn baby, so there's no way I cracked it without noticing. I can't prove it and I don't feel like waiting around to see his security footage because I'm sure he knows how to make himself look good on it. Secondly, if you show him ANY bit of frustration he immediately turns on you. He threatened my fiancé with trespassing and being arrested when my fiancé was simply trying to settle our issue with the phone. Long review long, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
