I'm really happy I checked this place out, their frozen yogurt is delicious. I sampled the majority of the flavors and each one, was so good. What I liked most, I liked the fact he had flavors that most places do not have. There was a matcha strawberry (what I chose), Thai tea, cheesecake; to name a few. The decor, was basic. I felt like, it was one of the places you go in and grab what you want, then skidaddle. The customer service or lack there of, was alright. He was polite and hospitable, as I was checking out; but again, not much was said. I will visit again when in the area, their yogurt is VERY good!! Side note: I will agree with some of the others when it comes to the cleanliness of the store, that part appears to be an issue, still. So I'm bumping a star for a) being open late (until 10PM Sunday through Thursday and 11PM on Friday and Saturday) and b) for Pumpkin Pie frozen yogurt. I'm a huge fan of pumpkin pie, and so this flavor made me happy. I've always found this location to be clean and tidy, if somewhat busy. The location (in a large shopping center opposite of Central Market and across the street from Southlake Town Center) makes it an easy stop for many for a tasty frozen treat, and thus the crowd. We also learned that there are a bunch of cool new flavors coming soon for the holiday season. Sadly I can't remember many of the flavors, but the two that caught my attention were gingerbread and eggnog. In conjunction with the new flavors there's a punch card (which now I can't find). Buy a certain amount of the new flavors (or any flavors in the new flavor time period) nets you some free ounces. I'm glad to see that Yogurtland-Southlake just opened up on Jan. 22, and is already booming in business! This fro-yo craze has been popping up everywhere as of late, but not all shops have the skill to keep yogurt connoisseurs coming back. I originally wanted to go to Milwaukee's but couldn't find a parking spot. There's plenty of parking here and it's wonderful they had some unique flavors and some classic favorites. I got Cheesecake and Oreo yogurt in a cone. The only thing that bothered me was that a bowl goes to waste when even though someone wants a cone. They charge by weight and had to weigh my cone in a bowl. So after weighing it the bowl just gets thrown away. It's wasteful. They should make something to hold cones that's reusable. read more

hmmmm I liked the location in Carrollton but this one had a different feel. They have lots of flavors to choose from, the 'no sugar added' flavors were so super sweet that I couldn't even finish the taster cup of them. The other selections tasted strange, the vanilla was almost colorless and had an icy texture instead of the expected creamy one. The 'Nilla wafer flavor was creamy and tasted great, but this was only one out of about 12-14. The crowd outside was rowdy - there were children IN the fountain and they were screaming and splashing. There really isn't space inside the store to eat, so we sat in the hot car. I don't think I'll be going back here soon - try Yogurt Patch on Grapevine HWY in Hurst instead of trying here! read more

Just went in today with my wife and twin 3 year old daughters. Everything was great as usual. However I forgot my wallet and didn't notice it until I got to the register. So obviously I offered to leave it there and come back with my wallet later to pay for it. But the young lady behind the cash register (Gabriella) took cash out of her pocket and paid for our yogurt without any hesitation whatsoever.
