Excellent ice cream with a wide variety of flavors, toppings, and sizes. They have more butter cream than most other places so the ice cream is noticeably richer and creamier. My wife and I both love the Baja Chocolate with chocolate ice cream, marshmallow cream, cookie dough, and chocolate chips. Kids get the Superman and cookies and cream. There are so many different dessert options in the Southlake area that it's taken me almost 2 years to finally get over to The Ice Cream Place, but I promise it won't take that long to get back! Customer service was great, seating was clean, and the ice cream was great! Lots of great flavors to choose from, many of them somewhat unique (though they have all the staples you'd expect to see). We typically just go to Baskin Robins because it's close and familiar, but we'll be going here from now on. read more

I don't know how this ice cream is so much better than anywhere else, but it is! All the flavors are amazing (caramel caribou, chocolate raspberry, turtle fudge, etc.), and consistently good. I live near this place and we have been here numerous times. When we go out to dinner, we skip dessert so we can grab some ice cream here on our way home. The service and ice cream are always good. My only complaint is I wish they would mix the flavors up, but they may be a symbol of coming here too often. read more

I have no idea why everyone doubts this place and says it is bad. They are pretty great. They have all the original flavors and they taste pretty good. There is nothing wrong with this place, it even has a punchcard system where you get a free ice cream for some number of ice creams you buy. Owned a Baskin-Robbins in Fredericksburg, Tx from 97-02. Had a franchise dispute and lost the 31 flavors. We immediately began the search for a replacement. We found Ice Cream Club and asked for samples. They sent us about 6 or 8 samples. We fell in love with it right then. Unbelievable taste. We started out with I think about 32 flavors and the people just loved it. The people behind ICC are amazing as well. Always great to work with. I can't wait to be in the Dallas area again and get some Bear Claw, Pirates Plunder, Midnight Chocolate or maybe Moose Tracks and Garbage Can. read more
