extremely split on this review. there with 4 other people. there are sold out signs on a few flavors, maybe 4 or five out of 20+. we order one donut ice cream sandwhich, three cookie ice cream sandwiches, and one waffle. they come back two minutes later, and they are out of donuts so we switched it to a waffle one. another two minutes later and they are out of cookies too, so we switched to all having waffle sandwiches. another minute passes and they were out of 2/5 of the ice cream flavors we ordered. then they ran out of waffles for the last sandwich . they said we were the first customers but like 15 people lined up as we were leaving, so i feel bad for those people. workers seemed clueless to what was in stock. what we did get was very good. i'll give them the benefit of the doubt that we caught them right before a shipment or something because the ice cream was seriously great. best cookies and cream ive ever had. cookies and cream 10/10 affogato 9/10

This is place is great! Literally the biggest ice cream sandwiches you have ever seen -- you could split it between four people. The only downside was that it was really sweet but you have a sweet tooth, this is the spot. I also loved the location. It was really cute and there was a good amount of seating. Went to go see my Nana's memorial, a lovely family bought it from my grandparents following their passing and I'm so glad to see the place up and running! This is our new favorite ice cream shop. Homemade ice cream with great service! The prices are reasonable and I love all the little touches the new owners have put into the place. We are here at least once a week. They offer traditional ice cream, frappes, sundaes AND monster ice cream sandwiches. Pick your flavor and put it in between two giant cookies. Bonus - they also accept debit/credit cards! You can even put the tip in there. read more

Absolutely the most disappointing ice cream I have ever had. Unfortunately whomever owns this business now buys from a 3rd party source. I tried the peach flavor which was suppose to be "home made." Flavorless ice cream base with peaches that were frozen, tasteless and awful. They use the cheap chocolate sprinkles that taste like plastic. I miss the original owners who made everything from scratch. Don't waste your time or money- 4 other choices in town. read more

Ordered a banana split tonight to share with my family, which the sign said would cost $7+. I asked for moose tracks, pistachio, & peanut butter chocolate ice creams; hot fudge. caramel, & strawberry sauces; nuts; & whipped cream. The total came out to $14.55! When I questioned the girl at the register about the high price, she said it was because I asked for different toppings. What?!?! Really?!?! I don't believe she was telling me the truth, in which case this place needs more competent workers. If she was telling the truth, then their prices are ridiculous, & they won't stay in business very long. read more

Fantastic ice cream spot. There are 3 shops within a stone's throw of each other and this one was our favorite. Besides the fact that there was no line, it was most the most unique and had different flavors and creations. The made-to-order waffle cone (yes, seriously) was phenomenal and really set this place apart from the others. We will definitely be back! read more

In an upscale restaurant, this would not have happened.. I wrote to the owner after my meal, telling him my thoughts, and he never bothered to get back. Unacceptable so that is the reason why I was forced to write this review. Find another place

Definitely returning! As a self proclaimed foodie I have a decerning pallette. There was very little wait time. The overall appearance was spotless. The new owners have really cleaned the place up, inside & out, it shows in the quality. The ice-cream is by far the best Ive had, shakes are the perfect consistency made with real ice-cream not an instant mix. The root beer floats came with extra root beer! Few ice-cream "parlors" still make their own cones to order or bake cookies on site for the sandwiches. They even have a rice crispy treat sandwich! Wow! The Ice Cream is not only amazing but the staff is top notch. I stopped by the other day and tried the Green Tea Ice cream and it was one of the best ice cream's I have eaten in a long time. If you like ice cream I would highly recommend this place. Do yourself and your kids a favor and stop by and try it out, you will not be disappointed. read more

I grew up eating ice cream here when I was a kid. It's nice to be able to bring my son to a place owned and operated by a local guy. There were tons of options for the whole family and the chocolate sprinkles were real chocolate!!! I recommend the Sea Salt Caramel. If your in town and looking for good food try Off the Grid too. Today my family and I took a trip to Ice-Cream Sandwich. I have lived on cape my whole life, and after today I can 100% say that this place is hands down the best ice-cream shop around. My new favorite place to bring the whole family! The facility was so clean and all the staff were super friendly. My kids couldn't believe how big their ice creams were! In their first week they have really changed the place. The property and deck area are cleaner than ever before. The ice cream itself is very tasty, my new favorite. Unlike other places in town the prices are reasonable. Menu is pretty sized with many different fun options. Definitely will be returning soon! read more
