I have never had a bad experience at any Smitty's location - even when they're about to close, or have had a long night, the staff is always super friendly and happy to serve you. I find this extra amazing, since I imagine they have dealt with countless kids, spilled cones, and special requests by the time I roll-in two minutes after "closing time" asking for samples. But still, they welcome you and make you feel at-home.
