This Locally owned Ice Cream place was cute. They had gelato and ice cream. All off the treats were yummy. They even had a cotton candy burrito ice cream where the ice cream is sprinkled with toppings then wrapped in cotton candy. The shop was nice and clean. Masks were required and worn by staff. I was so excited to find out an ice cream place was opening in Oldsmar! I was also attracted to the uniqueness of the different cones and ice cream flavors that I'd seen pictures of. They have unicorn cones and mermaid cones too. I had he unicorn cone with bubblegum ice cream. Personally, I wouldn't recommend the bubblegum flavor because there are bits of actual bubblegum that get in the way of enjoying the flavor but I tried other flavors and they were really good. The cone was extra special because it had white chocolate on it which was extra tasty. Parking is plentiful. The place is really cute inside. My only complaint is the people working there didn't seem super excited the day we went, but it may have just been an off day. I'll definitely be back! read more

Honestly wasn't going to write a review for this, but after 7 months later, i decided it was time to explain on what happened back in February of 2019. My car stalled as the battery died and i parked for 5 minutes outside of this ice cream shop. After 5 minutes, a man who worked for the ice cream shop, (don't know his name), came out and screamed at me. Telling me to get the f*** out of here and that this parking spot is for customers only. Mind you, it was raining and there was no one else in the parking lot. He also threatened me with calling a tow truck company to tow my vehicle if i didn't move my car. Had to call a buddy from work to help me move my car out of the parking spot. (IN THE RAIN!) He constantly kept yelling at us and to hurry up and move the f*** out of the way. My favorite was probably the banana (pie?), birthday cake, and the cappuccino chip. This place also has gelato! The cotton candy was honestly not that great(texture wise..it felt like 2 day old cotton candy but flavor was there bc it is just sugar after all). Their prices are a bit much for their special creations (around $7 each if you get a special cone) I paid $8.56 (before tip) for mine and my friends which was the chocolate chip ice cream in a small cup. Went to this cute shop last night for the first time to grab a sweet treat and was so pleased not only with the variety of flavors, but the customer service as well. I overheard one of the young ladies working tell another customer their names were Ashley and Samantha. All I can say is that despite a huge rush of people piling in the line at once, they remained so friendly and helpful to each and every customer. I love ice cream more than the average person and I make my own at home so I might be a little biased but when I saw this place open up in D'Lites old spot a few months ago I immediately stopped in. It was a man and a younger boy manning the counter and while the kid was friendly enough the older gentleman wasn't welcoming at all. I was afraid to even ask if we could try anything. I did try a few gelato flavors and ice creams. I asked if the ice cream was made in house and I was told yes. There is a BIG difference between ice cream made small batch and then ice cream made in big batches by a larger company. I can taste the difference. So that left a bad impression. The flavors were okay, no mix ins to speak of, and the gelato was a little icy from the sample I recieved. I ended up dodging a bullet and leaving with nothing. read more
