We came here to celebrate my friend-we go out to eat once a month together and this was her birthday celebration! She is vegan and I am not but that didn't stop us! We got there at 4:00pm as they close at 6pm. They had a lot of carryout orders but we had the restaurant to our selves and it was nice! The server was super attentive and friendly and answered all our questions. I thoroughly enjoyed the Mack stack which was a take on a Big Mac and was so delicious! My friend had the Cuban and that was also delicious! They have a homemade coleslaw with raisins and that was also delicious! The prices are so reasonable. Our meal included the burger, fries, coleslaw and a drink which we enjoyed the lemonade/hibiscus tea mix. The restaurant has a cute wall with a sign for pictures and was clean and had plenty of seating. 4 of us took our vegan friend to lunch here at the Green Table. I freely admit I was kind of dreading it, because I've really not ever experienced quality vegan food before. Needless to say I was greatly surprised at how great my meal was. I ordered a BBQ Philly Cheesesteak. Of course with no real meat, & no real cheese, how good could it be? Five stars all around. I came here with six friends, two vegan, five of us not vegan. All of us love this place. The two vegans were very familiar with the menu. If you're vegan and you haven't been here there is something wrong. Cancel your next meal plans and come here instead. As a meat eater, I also loved this place. They had a special for the sunny side up burger (all vegan) and it actually tasted like a burger with cheese and a runny egg. Look at the picture, that looks like an egg! I have no idea how they did that. It even tasted like an egg. The cheese tasted like cheese, which again was super shocking. I've had bad vegan cheese before so I know how special this is. They are known for their seitan. Some of our table got seitan and said it's amazing. Apparently on paper seitan looks easy to make but then you try to make it and it tastes like a$$ (quoting my vegan friend here.) The restaurant is on the smaller side, but it seems to have enough tables for the amount of people coming and going. Our server was super nice and the owner came to chat with our table. I remembered enjoying The Green Table when it was at the Dunedin Mix, so when I was nearby this Tampa Road location and looking for lunch recently, I was excited to stop in. I was coming from an event that ran late into the afternoon and I was so hungry, so I was thrilled to see they had a big, delicious BBQ seitan sandwich on the menu. I ordered that with a side of fries and it was flavorful, filling and beyond enjoyable. The meal came with a drink, so I tried out their homemade lemonade which was refreshing and tasty! The dining space is on the smaller side but fits quite a few tables with extra seats at the bar. Their delicious menu is listed on a blackboard behind the bar, and I kept eyeing the milkshake list, so I'll definitely need to try that the next time I'm in the area. The service was on the slower side. There was nobody dining when I arrived except two people at the bar, and though I spoke with a server who said I could sit anywhere, when I got seated, I was handed a menu but then waited quite a while before they returned. A couple came in a few minutes after me and sat at the next table, and the same server went up and brought them menus and took their drink orders, and then returned with their drinks, before they ever came back to my table. However, once I did receive service a short time later, the server was friendly and the food came relatively quickly. A small hiccup, but a good experience overall. read more

Many vegan comfort foods that are decently priced for large portion sizes. Service was amazing and seating available inside and out to enjoy the Florida heat. This such a nice restaurant, tucked away in a plaza. I decided to sit outside and the waitress was quick to attend me. They honestly have a little bit of everything on the menu. Milkshakes, wraps, salads, burgers, sandwiches,etc. I went with the buffalo Chick'n sandwich on ciabatta. That bread was so soft. I'm hoping it's fresh cause it tasted like it I got an unsweetened tea and fries on the side. It was a great price for a delicious meal. Entire menu is vegan. This is the BEST vegan restaurant I've been to. Lots of homemade sauces and seasoned 'meats' using setain and tempeh instead of the fake store bought stuff other places use. Unfortunately I truly don't understand the good reviews. For a "green" place I was shocked that their grilled cheese is American cheese which is not even classified as real cheese. Initially I didn't realize this was a vegan cafe because I was looking only at the pictures and was sold from there. For a place that only serves vegan food they have a variety of options that fit multiple tastes. I chose the BBQ Philly which comes with fries. It was a bit messy and the bread got soggy from all of the ingredients but it was tasty. I also tried a dessert option which was like a chocolate coconut dessert bar which was good as well. I stopped in here early post-Covid as I was looking for some plant based comfort food. My first order was a Gyro, as I missed the taste of them so much. It was DELICIOUS! Of course, not exactly like a real gyro, but close enough to fool my brain and tummy into thinking the itch was scratched. Another time I took my mom with me, and she ordered the Unbeef and Cheddar. It came drenched in "cheese" and BBQ sauce, and looked amazing. Of course I got it and fell in love with it, too, as it reminded me of college days visiting the Arby's at UF. Since then, I've been back MANY times, and my all time fave is the Cuban sandwich. The flavors meld together so wonderfully no matter how hard I try, I can't just eat half and save half. It's incredible! TGT now sells it's Deli Slices under the Kitchen Whichery name (that's a whole other 5star review!), but nothing beats a sammy from this place. The servers are all super friendly and helpful, and the owner Nikki is very friendly. Def my fave place to satisfy my plant based cravings! So glad I discovered TGT. read more

I absolutely loooove the unbeef n cheddar! My only complaint though would be that it has too much gravy sauce. Still delicious! Just a little messy and sometimes less is more. I'm not a huge fan of the Reuben in comparison. It was good, but it just had a giant chunk of tempeh for the meat. Not my style ‍. This spot is one of our Go To restaurants for the Clearwater area. I like to tell my friends it's a vegan restaurant with non-vegan options. It's nice to have the tables turned every once in a while! Everything on the menu is a hit. They have the best Big Mac recreation my non vegan boyfriend has ever had, my personal favorite is the Tank (pretzel bun, bbq, and a fried onion whaaat) Beware some of their sandwiches are messy! If only you kept the same energy displayed in your written response to my review to improve the customer experience, prior to receiving a valid , yet poor review, then you'd maybe just avoid repeated issues of this nature in the future. My experience was something I'd like to forget , but it I'll likely remember it as one of the worse vegan dining experiences I've had in a long while. To start, service (our server in particular) wasn't great. She brought no plates for the appetizer, never came back to check on the food quality but rather she was texting on her phone behind the counter and taking intermittent bites of her food. Just a bad look..... for any business especially one where dine in service is offered. At 3ish on a Saturday they weren't very busy so the service and food quality should have been better. I can ignore the second-rate service if the food was fire. Unfortunately, it was cold and I happen to like my food hot. The seitan in my gyro was room temperature as were the fries. Tzatziki was underwhelming in flavor, consistency and taste, as was the cole slaw. This food didn't taste like it was prepared with love or any attention to detail given, again maybe an off day. While admirable that they replaced my fries with hot ones as requested, nobody inquired as to why we left most of the food and drink unconsumed, whereas most establishments actually survey the room to see if customers are enjoying the cuisine/experience. To note, we also tried the seitan rolls which were actually okay EXCEPT they were drenched in grease-- best way to explain this one is that the grease wasn't hot enough resulting in the rolls being soaked in visible grease inside and out. I'll keep looking for vegan dining options in the Tampa Bay Area, as this one unfortunately missed the mark for me. read more

I'm not vegan, but if you are and miss the taste of meat then this is an excellent choice! We ordered their vegan interpretation of a Big Mac, and it was so good! It really tasted like a Big Mac. We also got their interpretation of a vegan Reuben, and it also tasted delicious. I'm not sure how they did it. I could definitely tell that the Reuben wasn't meat, but it was still good. If I went again, I'd def get the Big Mac though. On top of that, the fries were excellent. I think the menu said that they were air fried, so maybe that's what made them extra crispy? Update: Her and her husband went on to call me pathetic and assumed I am a "very new vegan." And this is what happens when you can't handle constructive criticism. I in no way attacked this person personally. I even encouraged people to try their food. Just because it made us sick doesn't mean it will make you sick. I've been a vegan for two years and I've never gotten sick from seitan before. But, it's all good, hopefully she'll learn that it's typically bad business to call customers names. She called me immature and pathetic for being honest. She's a liar, and I challenged her to find where I had called them names, because that's what she is claiming on Facebook, and screenshot it and post it for everyone to see. I also told her to show me where I've done this to other people when I only have a total of five reviews on my Yelp account. I'm glad that at least some people have had the opportunity to see what she's about because this was never even about her or her business just about my personal experience. The food we got here was amazing. I ordered the Tank and my husband ordered the Mack Stack. Both were excellent. The Tank had delicious bbq sauce and a crisp, tasty onion ring! Everything was cooked to perfection. The Reeses shake was to die for - best shake I've had in my lifetime! I have an egg allergy so this restaurant was a real treat.
