We immediately went outside to help him get to the wire. He never showed. Got a text that the service was canceled. Can't call and get help unless you want to hold for over an hour. So we have to text with a "live" agent. Asked why the service had been canceled. Told because the tech knocked and didn't get an answer and called and didn't get an answer. TOTAL LIE!! No calls on our call list. No one came to our door. We were out there waiting before he was to arrive. The description given of our home was totally wrong. They had got thru to us with texts, but no texts from tech received. No calls. No showing up at our home. What did they do to help us? We have to wait 2 more days without internet. Maybe the tech will show up. BUT they wanted us to upgrade our plan for a more costly one! This was their offer!! We're looking for a new internet provider! COX SOLD TO SPECTRUM. He quoted me a price that was lower than Wayfair's and scheduled an appointment on the day I needed. The day of the appointment arrived and after patiently waiting 3.5 hours for him to show up, he finally tells me that he can't make it at all that day. I cancelled my guaranteed assembly appointment with Wayfair and moved all of this furniture in my house based on his commitment to come to my house as scheduled. He left me out to dry and I certainly learned my lesson: don't go with Christian. Go with someone dependable, even if that means paying a little extra.
