I stumbled upon Elite Tech Services - the reviews were good, and the business location was close to where I live. My husband and I decided to give it a try! I reached out for a quote, and within a few short minutes Christian responded with a very reasonable quote and offered to come first thing the next morning. Christian sent me a message the next morning to let me know that he was on his way, he arrived right at 8am (the time we chose), and was very kind and professional! He got right to work, and was not phased at all by the amount of work we had for him - although the task seemed overwhelming to me! Many times throughout the day I felt certain that there was NO way he could finish in one day, but sure enough Christian completed the three pieces by the afternoon, and did an absolutely beautiful job - we could not be happier! We were SO happy in fact with the professional, focused, and thorough job that Christian did, that my husband asked Christian before leaving if he could come back to help us with some other tasks! Unreliable. I made an appointment with Christian to help with some furniture in my house and he informed me that he would come by the next day. The following day when I asked if he would be still be coming by, he cancelled on me because he was not feeling well. I get it, it happens, no problem. A few days later, I made a second appointment with him to assemble some other furniture I bought online from Wayfair.com. He quoted me a price that was lower than Wayfair's and scheduled an appointment on the day I needed. The day of the appointment arrived and after patiently waiting 3.5 hours for him to show up, he finally tells me that he can't make it at all that day. I cancelled my guaranteed assembly appointment with Wayfair and moved all of this furniture in my house based on his commitment to come to my house as scheduled. He left me out to dry and I certainly learned my lesson: don't go with Christian. Go with someone dependable, even if that means paying a little extra. read more

Regrettably, Christian, Service Tech with Elite Tech Services, scheduled an appointment to hang some prints for me. We agreed on a price, date & time. I provided directions and my phone to make his trip easier. He chose not to keep the appointment and did not notify me. Needless to say, I had moved furniture, etc. so he could do the job. I don't think price was the issue: I asked him how much he would charge to hang 3 prints. He said "About a hundred bucks." I asked if I could use my card or did he prefer cash. We agreed on price, date & time. He is simply unreliable. read more

I had engaged Christian 3-4 years ago when I purchased a Schwinn elliptical from Amazon. That experience was very good and in fact, I had even recommended him in my local nextdoor forum. After a few years my elliptical started making some noise and I wanted him to take a look at it. When I called him, he said he will charge $75 for the visit and I specifically asked if I decide to go ahead with a repair whether he will give me credit for that $75. He said yes. He came home and took a look at it. He just used it for a couple of minutes and said I will have to contact the manufacturer to get some help. I said fine, and paid the money. This was on Sunday. When I didn't hear back after 3-4 days I sent him a message. He didn't respond. I called him, still no response. After 2-3 days of this I sent him a message whether he intended to repair my elliptical at all. He apologized and complained of a phone problem. After that he said he was waiting for an e-mail response from them. This was already the following Saturday. Subsequently when I didn't hear back from him until Wednesday, I sent him another message. And he said he still didn't hear from them. This really upset me and said since you have not done anything I demand a refund. He said, that money was for the visit. I was like, I pay you $75 so you could tell me you can't fix it? He said no, it was for the recommendation. So I asked him what was the recommendation and he said, to replace the elliptical! This is highly unprofessional. When you pay a technician, you expect them to know what they are doing. I can understand you can't fix everything, but in this case, I don't think Christian made any sincere effort at all. Most consumer item manufacturers have a phone line and they are usually prompt about taking calls. Christian just didn't want to make any more efforts in this regard and wanted to keep the money. Very unprofessional! Update: In response to Elite Tech Services response below. Notice, how there is no mention of the service rendered for the money paid. According to Christian, he is supposed to make a recommendation after the first visit. It took two weeks of constant messages, broken promises (by him) and phone calls to get a recommendation from him. And it was: replace the elliptical. There was no diagnosis, no logic, just a pretense of providing a recommendation. I bet he has zero proof of having called the company in all this time. He never meant to do anything more. The irony of the situation is that, after giving up on Christian, I called the company myself and it turns out there was nothing wrong with the elliptical! These online reviews have a purpose: to give a feedback to the product and service providers. It is not personal. I am sympathetic to Christian's circumstances and I hope he fixes his ways and provides true value. read more

I purchased a desk from Amazon and also ordered the "pro installation". Christian from Elite Tech Services called me at 7pm the night before (which I missed) and text me early the morning he was supposed to arrive between 8-11am. He said that the price was going from $95 to $250 because it was an Executive desk, not a small desk. His reasoning was that Amazon pricing is flat and the Contractor has the ability to change the pricing to what they want. Very unprofessional to be doing this the morning of. He was firm on the $250, and I would not have ordered the pro install for that price. This truly may have been an Amazon issue, which is the reason for the two star rating vs 1 star. However how it played out, the morning of, and demanding a 150% price increase was ridiculous. I put the desk together in an hour flat myself. Be careful of change orders from Amazon purchases. read more

I must admit that I rarely take the time to rate a service provider. However, based on the outstanding service I received from Mr. Christian Manico, I'm making the time. This gentleman arrived on time with everything he needed to do my drapery installation job CORRECTLY, and he was perhaps one of the most professional and personable individuals I have ever had provide a service for me! The finished job was absolutely perfect! Not only that, he made a recommendation about hanging the curtains that I had not even considered and it came out beautifully. Before I retired from almost 40 years in the Federal government, I ran a Federal program that spanned a universe of 65,000 people. I wish that everyone of them had possessed even a fraction of the customer service skill, kindness, and compassion of Mr. Manico. Based on this extraordinarily positive experience with Amazon's installation service, not only do I plan to use it again, but I am going to market the service on our community app, which reaches 2200 households. I could not have been more impressed or pleased with a service provider!!! Amazon, ya done REAL good hiring Christian Manico. Keep up the great work!' Oh yes, and while Mr. Manico was there to hang the drapes, I mentioned that my 80 year old aunt had a medical shower seat that we had struggled unsuccessfully for DAYS to assemble. He offered to look at it after installing the drapes. I kid you not, this man disassembled the mess we had made of that chair and reassembled it in 5 minutes flat and HE DID NOT EVEN LOOK AT THE INSTRUCTIONS!!! It was truly amazing! Finding someone with intuitive technical skills like that is like finding a needle in a haystack!!! Not only that, his willingness to give a hand when he didn't have to is an even rarer character trait. I will request tech services from Mr. Manico in the future, and you should too. I am certain that he will be just as much a blessing to you as he was to us!!! read more

Re-scheduled 3 times cause he couldn't do the times. So i had to open up times in my schedule 3 times. Then he said he didn't have a partner so I would have to HELP HIM PUT UP THE TV! Should be paying me! On the third attempt he called and said he'd be arriving in 30 minutes. AN HOUR PASSES. I text him. He says hes going to have to cancel the service for no apparent reason other than he didn't want to do it(why take the job then?!?!??!). Get an email after he says hes cancelling: "Cancel Reason: The promotion is applicable only when service is bought with product ". 100% lie. I bought a tv with the service.
