My bill increased again and is now $295/month for internet, phone, and cable. When I called to discuss it, I was given the runaround, had calls dropped, and ultimately wasted several hours with zero resolution. I then emailed and was met with more obstacles. They refused to assist or escalate my issue unless I verified my account via text message, despite me providing all other requested information. I eventually received a corporate contact, which hasn't been much better. It's been days with no response. It's clear they don't value their customers. Several friends have already left Cox, and I'm about to join them. Do yourself a favor and choose another provider. Google Fiber and a streaming service will save you money and frustration.

Mario was on time, very professional, did a FANTASTIC job on the installation, and I am 100% satisfied with the install and performance of the antenna. Even my wife (who is very much OCD) is glad we went with the roof mounted antenna. The reception is way better than I hoped for, and we get nearly twice as many broadcast channels as we did with the amplified indoor antenna. We ran the antenna cable to our HD HomeRun DVR box which uses our router to send the broadcast station signals to our iPhones, iPads, Windows PCs, and 5 TVs using Amazon Fire Sticks. My only regret is that I wish I wouldn't have waited so long to do this. Thanks Mario!! I couldn't be happier.

The way that workers have talked down to me and offered little in store assistance show why everyone is leaving your services. I was told that for my phone to be unlocked and switched over I had to pay off the final bill. I had been told that multiple times but no one was able to give me a direct answer on how to do so. When i asked an employee how they laughed and said do you know what a credit card is? I have patience but after 2 weeks of being told to go into a store and then being told Oh we can't help you need to call, to then being told go back into the store for help.
