This site is extremely spacious with plenty of indoor only seating and complementary WiFi. With drip coffee, craft coffee concoctions, and other beverages on the menu, you'll have no problem finding something to wet your whistle as you dive in to an indulgent feast of Jack's well known donut options. The staff is just lovely here! After being open only one day, patrons were flooding this site and came ready with inquiries. The staff members patiently provided answers and were total pros! Not in the mood for donuts? (I don't even understand those words, but to each their own. Lol!) Not a problem here! Homemade ice cream can also be found on their menu. I had my hesitations about Jack's ... who knows why... but I learned so much more about Jack's and - of course - tried it out, and I am so happy they are here in the neighborhood. For one, they have both cake and yeast donuts. This is an absolute must for me. I love my cake donuts. Their yeast donuts are probably fine, but just don't really eat plain yeast, but the filled and topped creative yeast donuts, that's my JAM (lol...). I truly enjoy their creative flavors, many of which switch up frequently, so you gotta be a repeat offender to get the full value here! You know what else I found out? The various Jack's locations have a lot of room for creativity, so it's worth it to hop to our neighborhood to try out what Irvington is doing differently (and also for us to check out the other Jack's locations as well). I might just find a different fave at EACH store! Faves at the Irivington location are - NUT STICK and Blueberry cake. I have to have one of each whenever I go. I like trying whatever is their current special too! I have had a jelly filled with pb frosting - PB&J in donut form! Bluberry filled with white frosting - Berries & Cream! This location also has ice cream and stays open until 8pm, so definitely available for dessert after pizza, burger or greek from nearby locations! And, yes, they incorporate donuts and ice cream. I have not yet tried, but someday when i've run 10 miles and feeling very hungry, I'm going to try a donut ice cream sandwich! Cynthia helped me and after I told her it was my first visit, she shared a little about the business. They roast their own coffee beans on Mondays and Tuesdays, which is why they're only open Wednesday through Sunday. There is parking on both sides of the building, but there aren't many spaces. Thankfully, there's also free street parking nearby. Inside, they have an ample amount of seating if you want to enjoy your drink there, along with two restrooms. The space has a clean, neutral vibe with live plants that makes it a relaxing place to hang out. I love the plants, makes for a refreshing energy. I ordered a latte with oat milk and vanilla bean syrup. Cynthia mentioned that all of their syrups are made in house, which made the drink feel even more special. My latte was served in the cutest cup with beautiful latte art, it was definitely picture worthy! It tasted amazing, exactly what I was shooting for. My drink was $7.08 before tip, which isn't bad for the quality. If you're looking for a quality latte, friendly service, and a cozy atmosphere, I'd recommend stopping by.
