I am not sure if they were short staffed or just had one person working, but the staff member had a great attitude despite a slightly long line. I think this speaks highly of the individual. I'm glad this place is open now that the location closer to me in Draper is not around. This is a fun place to go for ice cream. The way they make the ice cream right in front of you in a cloud of super-cooled smoke is really unique and kids love it. Plus the end product is actually really good. You have endless combinations available of ice cream flavors, toppings, and the base cream/yogurt so you can get creative if you want or just pick one of their recommendations. Or you can just get peanut butter ice cream with Oreos which is my jam. The texture might be a little different than typical ice cream, which I like.
