They also have a monthly membership-you can go everyday if you want with the membership. Don't be scared-memberships are not required. I normally grab a monthly special, which has a couple of the services that I use, or I go in and pay as I go. 4. Try the services they have and see what works for you. Cyro, sauna, mediation dome, etc. and don't worry the sauna room is not a group room. It's private. You are allowed to bring another person if you want, but it is private. The rooms each have a single pod equipped with a shower, towels, body wash and shampoo/conditioner for before and after the float. The single person pods are heated to body temperature and filled with 1200 lbs of epsom salt. You can choose to keep the pod cracked open or fully closed and keep the blue tinted light on or off. The time spent is so relaxing I couldn't believe when my hour was up! Highly recommended.

I am writing to share a complaint about my recent post-op massage with Lori. I have had two…read moreprevious therapists at this location and both experiences were excellent, so this appointment was very disappointing. From the beginning of the session, Lori was extremely rough with the massage. Post-op massages require care and gentleness, but throughout the entire appointment her technique felt overly aggressive and uncomfortable. In addition, she made several comments about my body that were inappropriate and insulting. She asked if I had liposuction on my arms, which I did not. She then asked when I had a tummy tuck, which I have also never had I only had a C-section. These assumptions were unnecessary and made me feel uncomfortable during the session. There were also moments that felt very unprofessional. At one point she tossed a pillow onto my neck area instead of placing it properly, and when wiping the oils off my body with a towel she was extremely rough. This is something I have never experienced during any massage, especially a post-op massage where extra care should be taken. Because my previous therapists were so professional and gentle, this experience stood out for all the wrong reasons. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as the level of care and professionalism during this appointment did not meet the standard I experienced before.

I realized it was not 0% interest rate. It was 37% interest rate. When I called the office and spoke to the manager, Emma and the owner who did not reveal his name to me both told me that the package that they sold me was a discounted deal which would cover the interest rate. When I explained to them that that is not at all how it was presented to me and that I expected to pay a flat rate of the package cost with no interest rate they proceeded to explain it to me 20 more times that the package deal was not 0%, but really it was that they would discount the package to OFF SET the cost of the interest rate, and I kept explaining that is not at all how it was presented to me two different times months apart I told them that this was not transparent, and it was underhanded, and if I was sold a package for $1000 and was told interest would be covered then I would expect to only pay $1000 not $1000 +37% interest rate. They refused to concede, so I am spreading the word about this scam of a spa in Alamo Heights, San Antonio, Texas

They have several massage therapists that they work with and they are all wonderful. Dr. Schulze himself is also a very kind man who does a great job and really takes the time to talk with you and explain everything that he does. The first few sessions I could feel the tension in my body and after a few sessions I was able to notice that the adjustments became easier and the tension was getting less. The office staff are all really nice and they were able to change my appointment even at the last minute if something came up. The only negative thing that I can say is that the wait tends to be on the longer side. Even though the adjustment itself does not take very long, expect to spend about an hour for an appointment. The reason it usually takes a while is because Dr schulze really spends a lot of time with each patient and does a thorough job. I usually bring a book or something to do while I wait. Having used cryotherapy in the past with positive results, I figured I'd find somewhere local while I was in San Antonio. Their location is situation at a small strip mall with lot parking and is easy to find. I walked in and was and greeted by a young male employee who was cheerful and explained the services and prices. I told him I wanted a cryo session and he escorted me to a room where I changed before preparing to enter the chamber. The chamber used here is not fully enclosed, it terminates at the neck area so your head is not exposed to the cold. It is powered by liquid nitrogen, the tanks of which are visible in the room. After entering the chamber, the cold air began flowing in and I withstood the onslaught of cold for two minutes. Wow! How invigorating it was upon exiting, I felt recharged and rejuvenated! The cost of one session was $35.00, which is quite reasonable in my opinion given the health benefits associated with this alternative therapy. I would highly recommend if you're in the area and need an affordable and reliable venue for cryotherapy!
