The repair was done while I waited a short period of time. The phone is working as good as the first day I bought it. I'm very happy with the service. The cost to repair and install new parts was reasonable and I was informed prior to any work being done. The store is very clean, well lit, well organized and provides seating if you prefer to wait. The staff is extremely courteous and best of all, no one even tried to sell me or pressure me into buying a newer phone. While I was there, I observed several people walk in for estimates and questions. All were greeted pleasantly. It's a professionally run business and I would definitely recommend it to anyone.
