I had my Switch stop booting up due to a busted M92T36 chip so I decided to send it in because I didn't have the time to do it myself. When I called, the person on the phone said the repair total would be about $50, which sounded like a reasonable price. I provided them the chip myself so they can replace it. Despite knowing the cause of the problem already, they wanted to charge me $80 for a diagnosis. I spoke with the man at the counter that I already knew the issue and didn't need a diagnosis, you just need to replace the chip I provided. He insisted that I needed to get one done because "we don't know how to fix this problem". I went with it since I was already there and just wanted it repaired the same day. At the end of the day I get a call saying that it needs to be sent to "the lab" to get it fixed. I was thinking that they just fix everything in the store. I already dropped it off and paid the $80 so I bit the bullet and told them to send it. The next day I get another call, saying the quote will be $100 for the repair, making my total $180 for the entire repair. The estimated price when I first called was $50, meaning this was costing 2.5x more money than they estimated. This should've been a red flag but I was already this deep so I took the chance. After a week, the person at the lab was not able to fix it, and when picking up the console, they could not give me a reason why. Due to the simplicity of the repair, it surprised me that they couldn't fix it. They offered to send it to another lab, but I no longer trusted them to handle it anymore because the problem was straight forward and they couldn't fix it. I am now down $80, they didn't give me the part back that I gave them, and I still have a broken Switch after waiting a week. The point of going here was to get this simple repair done the same day without any hassle, as they promise 45 minute same day repairs on their website. do not come here. the guy offered to fix my dying battery and iPhone screen protector the screen protector is so dark that I cant even see it in the sun, even the apple guy agreed and the battery did not work it was still dying just the same. I take it to apple and they said they couldnt repair it bc the last guy had missing screws and nothing was put together correctly and that it would be unsafe for me to replace it bc the battery even if they did replace it could explode. DO NOT COME HERE. I had to pay over 600 bucks FOR A REPLACEMENT PHONE instead of the 70 it wouldve cost me to replace it safely at an Apple Store. I came here to fix my iPad charging port because it wasn't charging and so they quoted me $160 to change the port. They said it would take a couple business days and so I said that was fine. However, when they called me to come pick up my iPad they said that they needed to discuss something with me. When I came to pick up my iPad, the screen was completely broken and unresponsive. When I expressed my concern for the screen that could be damaged, the guy said that it has never happened ti a customer. I am so upset at their service because they said that it would be $300 extra dollars to change my iPad screen that they broke. My iPad screen was perfectly fine before I brought it here. I brought it here to fix the charging port and now they're trying to charge me for something that I DID NOT FIX. I came in with a 2 yr old HP with monitor issues. It costs $80 to have it looked at and it would cost $300 to repair. For $300 more I could have bought a new version of my old model. Don't waste your time in trying to get more life out your electronic. The labor to repair at this place is a bit overpriced. read more

This place made my elderly grandmother cry. She brought in her iPad with a cracked screen and was hoping they could fix it. Other than the screen, the iPad was in working order. One month passes without any communication whatsoever, my grandmother goes in person to see what was going on. They claimed there was water damage even though it was working just fine before then and that they threw out half of her iPad. Then they proceeded to tell her that there was nothing they could do and they sent her home with parts and half of her iPad missing. This was not the condition she had sent it in and to see it returned in this condition with no accountability, no communication and no attempt to fix is truly despicable. I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy. How could a place take my elderly grandmother for a ride like this? This is completely unethical and frankly disgusting that they would even think to do such a thing my elderly grandmother and to not even bother to remedy the situation. read more

BEST COMPUTER REPAIR SHOP ANYWHERE. My Macbook memory was overloaded to the point that it wouldn't even allow me to reach my desktop after logging in. I saw a perpetual loading bar and literally had a meltdown because it was the worst timing ever for this to happen. Waited 4 days for my 'genius' bar appointment for the apple techs to tell me that there's nothing they could do ("we'll get fired if we take your computer and back it up onto one of ours to remove things and then reload it" is the craziest thing I've ever heard). Terrible terrible technician. I bought my cracked screen/glass iPad Pro to get fixed. He said he could do it within two hours. I also had this iPad for two years with no problem, even with the cracked screen the iPad was functioning fine. Only reason I wanted to fix the iPad was because it was my daughters iPad and I didn't want the crack to get larger. After getting it fixed, it worked until the battery wouldn't charge. The battery would not charge at all and the Apple logo would go in looping. I called the store and he said it had nothing to do with his fixing of the screen. So I bought it in and he tried to restore the iPad and said I needed to update the software because he couldn't do it. I tried to update the software and it didn't help the problem so I made an appointment to Apple Store to figure out what was wrong, and my assumptions were correct. Somehow he managed to mess the internals/software of the iPad. Now I've spent 305$ to fix it only to find out it made the situation worse. Now I have an iPad that completely does not work and have to order a new Apple iPad, and spend MORE money because of what he did. read more
