Having that flexibility made the whole experience much better. The service is great and the staff is super responsive and helpful, especially if it is your first time. The facility is very clean and it is easy to get in and out. Parking would be my only note, so I would give yourself a little extra time for that. I would definitely go again and could see this becoming a more regular part of my wellness routine.

Doing the Normatec leg compression while waiting for the sauna is a great way to get the legs going. Once inside, they put on meditation music specific to your needs. I needed something strategic to plot my next move and they put on this 'abundance' meditation playlist that really got me in the zone. They have a list for all needs. I booked the last…read more30 minute session before they closed at 10 PM and was able to do four ( 2-3 minute ) mini plunge sessions in two of the warmest baths which were around the 47° mark I believe as well as hit the sauna a few times in between plunge sessions ! I've been working out for the past five days or so and I have had some pains related to playing wheelchair basketball as well as pain from a sprained ankle. After tonight's session, my pain levels substantially definitely went down which was really unexpected . Even though I had heard that cold plunges can help with recovery, inflammation and pain you really have to experience it I guess to really believe it. Money well spent . The place is also such a vibe and the customer service is a 12 out of 10 ! I feel so blessed that I live so close by to this hidden gem . Will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

After a brief discussion with Cailey about nagging injuries she proceeded to not only massage but hit points that other masseuse had missed or neglected. I was very impressed with everything. It was amazing. After the massage I spent the next 50 minutes moving between the infrared sauna at 155 plus degrees and the cold plunge at 49 degrees. It was fantastic.
