The facility is very clean and it is easy to get in and out. Parking would be my only note, so I would give yourself a little extra time for that. I've been working out for the past five days or so and I have had some pains related to playing wheelchair basketball as well as pain from a sprained ankle. After tonight's session, my pain levels substantially definitely went down which was really unexpected . Even though I had heard that cold plunges can help with recovery, inflammation and pain you really have to experience it I guess to really believe it. Money well spent .
