I tried the Aescape robotic massage there and the room felt like it was an extra space or they sacrificed a space for it as the outfits were kept in what was the original shower. Also, Pause Studio...while they offer a great service. It tends to be more expensive than its competitors in the space and while I appreciate how friendly their stuff is in general, the cost value analysis leads me to the conclusion that this might not be worth the money as other establishments, including Equinox offers the same services at a lower cost.

Guests have to carry their used towels out themselves, which disrupts the whole vibe of a relaxing experience I've visited other sauna and spa spaces and have never felt this stressed during what's supposed to be a restorative experience.
