TRIED MY FIRST COLD PLUNGE AND SURPRISINGLY ... LOVE IT!! my husband has been raving for years about his love for cold plunges. I was definitely the type that thought it was for extreme sports people. After our tour with Christian and Ken, I was super motivated to try out a cold plunge for the first time. Especially for the health benefits. I thought I would have to go home and come back for swimwear, but to my surprise, they offer clean swimsuits to borrow. Sweet! My husband and I tried the Red Light Therapy first and followed it up with a cold plunge. I'm so grateful that Christian and Ken shared with us breathing techniques to have a successful experience. This place is amazing and there's nothing really like it. I first started getting into "cold plunges" during backcountry treks in the Eastern Sierras when I'd dip into alpine lakes. I didn't realize I was doing a "cold plunge" but I noticed I would be less sore after 25-30 mile weekend trips. When I started hearing about ice baths in podcasts and saw that RVIVL opened in my neighborhood in Playa Vista it seemed like a fun thing to try. I can definitely notice a difference between workouts. I feel less sore and fatigued. I also sleep better, which is incredible because this is something I struggle with. The guys at RVIVL introduced me to Contrast Therapy, which seems like a powerful combination. Sometimes I go in saunas or do hot yoga, but it's interesting to go back and forth between the cold and heat. It's also a really fun thing to do with a friend, which is allowed when you book Contrast Therapy. I've introduced a few serious amateur athletes, such as a friend who does Ironmans and another that competes in amateur boxing. It's cool to hear them say it makes a difference in their training. I've also brought a girl friend for a fun time experimenting with the Red Light Therapy and Compression boots. Honestly I have such a great time every time I visit. I'm thrilled this is conveniently located in my neighborhood, but it would definitely be worth a drive if it wasn't! read more

LOVE RVIVL! So great to have a beautiful wellness studio near by. Infrared saunas, red light rooms, vitamin IVs, compression boots, and who doesn't totally love the ice baths! So happy RVIVL is open! Love booking the contrast room for some good recovery post workout. The cold plunge is colder than other places I've gone to, so Ive had to adjust how long I can stay in there. The sauna has bluetooth so you can play music. The facilities are new, clean and I love the ambience. All the staff is super friendly, and it's on my list to check out the other therapies they offer. read more

I'm addicted to RVIVL!!! This is a must have for any athlete or regular gym goer. They have everything to take care of you post-workout and just general recovery. I have a membership for unlimited red light infrared lamp and unlimited ice baths and it's one of the best investments I've made in my health & for my fitness goals. My skin looks awesome and the ice baths are great for metabolism and sore muscles. The staff there is super friendly. Highly recommend! read more

LOVE Rvivl and so happy it opened nearby! My fiancé and I bought a package for contrast therapy and have also tried the compression boots. Staff is always SO nice and helpful. They remember us every time we go in and all seem to be so happy working there. The rooms are very clean and they have a free water refilling machine . . . which we've gone to other nearby contrast studios and your only option is to buy bottled water. Package/price point are very fair compared to other similar studios. Very easy to park. They host fun events as well that we've attended. 5 stars all around and highly recommend!! read more

First off, everyone who works there (I've met adam, Christian, and ken) is so informative and helpful when it comes to whatever service you book, down to coaching you through the cold plunge!
