The sashimi slices were surprisingly tiny compared to what they used to serve, and both the eel and the albacore tuna tasted old, which was really disappointing. On top of that, the portions were noticeably smaller across several dishes. I don't mind smaller portions at an all you can eat restaurant if the quality is there, but this time neither the quality nor the freshness met the standard I remembered. I'm not sure if management or the kitchen has changed, but the experience was completely different from what it used to be. I truly hope this was just an off day because this restaurant was once one of my favorites. Sadly, based on this visit, I can't say I'd rush back.

Today was my first time ordering from this place. I eat Sushi twice a week but until i had downloaded the Beyond Menu app i had not known about this place. I ordered the Snow White roll and a Paul Roll. It was fairly priced as were all of the other special rolls, about what you would expect these days 10.95 to 13.95 depending on the roll. It was the freshest and tastiest delivery sushi i have ever eaten. Sushi is about two things, the rice (it was perfect, it had taste, it wasn't just a filler) and freshness (you can tell when your sushi has been sitting around) and this looked and tasted as fresh as it gets. I am a regular here. Ichiban has the best sushi ever! And the staff is great as well. They always greet us pleasantly and remember us because we come so often. I've had both their sushi and their hot meals, and neither one leave anything to be desired. Despite all of their delicious food, I always am amazed at how good their tea is. I've had genmaicha before and it's my favorite kind of green tea, but for some reason, it just tastes amazing here. I absolutely recommend this for sushi lovers. read more

Best sushi ever I used to go to another local sushi in Succasunna and I stopped as Ichiban grade and taste is unbelievable I can not say enough I go almost 2 times a week you can cal me sushi addict.
