Philadelphia Roll (6 pcs)(Raw) Crunchy Shrimp Roll (8 pcs) Giants Roll (8 pcs) (Spicy & Raw)

I ordered before i read the reviews on here and im glad i did Otherwise i probably would've ordered from somewhere else Everything was amazing! I have an avocado allergy so it's hard to find rolls i like The rolls that contain cream cheese are definitely creamy and tasty My other choices were amazing too Don't sleep on this place!

Highlight is the generous portions and reasonably priced. Otherwise, you can likely get better Japanese elsewhere? Miso soup was only warm, coming in closer to closing you are truly here's in like cattle and you will get your check when you get your entree, meanwhile there is the restaurants entire family dining in the large middle tables while they are also getting up to serve you. It'll do if you're hungry but there's better out there.

This is kind of a you get what you pay for situation. The food is VERY reasonably price, but unfortunately my meal wasn't that good. I got a dinner combination with salted saba (aka mackerel) and tempura for $11.95. The accompanying miso soup lacked a good "dashi" based and was kind of watered down. The salted saba was relatively bland and over cooked. I liked the salad dressing, but unfortunately most of the pieces of lettuce were pretty crappy. California roll was pretty standard, no complaints here. The best part of the meal was the tempura, so if I were to ever come back I would just get a side of tempura.

Great easy simple sushi! We get take out here all the time super nice people great food and a great price. Very fresh food. Bento Box is perfect for lunch with a cheap lunch special. Unagi Nageri is our favorite. Workers are so friendly and so easy for pick up.

Nice and cozy setting with appealing food. The bento box was worth the price considering how many items were included. Udon tasted nothing special, but still good!

Sushi is delicious This is the best restaurant in San Bruno and Millbrae, by far. Very cool tables. THE GREATEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you Jaden for being so friendly and hospitable. I do not know why Ichiban has a poor Yelp Review. Go here. Eat here. Highly recommend. My daughter gives this restaurant 100 's!

Fresh oysters and bento box for lunch.

Splurge during lunch and I absolutely enjoyed these fresh oysters and bento box. Price is VERY REASONABLE-and just yummy! This will be my staple when I crave and want to eat a full meal. Service was ok, I was the only customer. There were at least 3 employees and one's back facing me. I needed to catch their attention to get my tea refilled. They're all nice though. Food was delicious! Can't go wrong with their bento box. Noticed Uber eats picking up orders almost every 3 minutes. Ambiance, I really can't tell since I ate here during lunch. Nothing exciting. I'll try to get dinner here one of these days to see. Over all, 5 stars. Great food, price' just right and service - can't complain. I'll be back!

This sushi restaurant is not worth the $124.00 tab. They had no Uni my favorite, or tuna or salmon belly. The amaebi heads were served with a tonkatsu sauce, we also order a hamachi kama served with their version of a Ponzi sauce that was overly sweet not even a hint of citrus. We also had 6 fresh oysters with the same Ponzi sauce and all was truly not that tasty. Not wort the $$$.

It was such a hot day, and all we wanted was a refreshing cold meal. One of the things I love about coming here is creating my own omakase. Unfortunately, they were out of one of my longtime favorites, the baby lobster. This time I ordered the Santa Barbara uni, ama-ebi, baby bluefin toro, and kanpachi. The Santa Barbara uni is still the highlight, rich, creamy, and absolutely delicious. It's still one of the best I've had, although I did notice the portions have gotten smaller. As a regular who's been coming here for years, I was disappointed with the bluefin toro and kanpachi. The bluefin toro lacked the buttery texture I remember, while the kanpachi was missing its clean flavor and firm, delicate bite. Overall, the quality didn't feel as consistent as it used to. We also ordered a few rolls and a bento box, which were decent. Service was a bit slow, although they seemed busy, and the ambiance was fine. I've brought many friends and family here over the years because this used to be one of my go-to sushi spots. It makes me a little sad to say this, but I do feel the quality has declined. I hope they can get back to the level that made them so special, but for now, it may be time for me to explore some new favorites. :(

My husband and I had dinner here tonight, and overall it was a really memorable experience. We've…read moretraveled quite a bit and tried sushi in many different cities, including around the Los Angeles area where we live and have our favorite spots. So when we visit a sushi restaurant, we tend to evaluate everything as a whole -- price, quality, service, and of course the flavors. For dinner we ordered the Mango Tuna Roll (which was our first time trying a mango-style sushi roll), the 8-piece Omakase Nigiri, a Double Toro Roll, two pieces of Otoro, and a hot sake. With a 20% tip included, the total for the two of us came to $163.50, which honestly falls within the average range of what we usually spend for a sushi dinner like this. Normally we might pay around $120-$130 depending on the place, sometimes a little more if we add an extra item or two. The portion sizes were pretty standard. Not unusually large, but not small either -- similar to what we've experienced at many other sushi restaurants. Where this place really stood out was the depth of flavor. The quality and balance of the ingredients were excellent. At one point I actually caught myself closing my eyes just to focus on the taste, which is something I almost never do. The preparation felt very refined and the flavors were elevated, rich, and memorable. I would describe it as delicate portions with very elevated flavors. Because of that, I'm giving this place 5 out of 5 stars. This is the kind of restaurant that works perfectly for a nice dinner with your partner. It's not necessarily a place where you go wild ordering everything on the menu like at a taco spot. Instead, it's better to be thoughtful with what you choose and enjoy a few well-crafted dishes. You can easily have a special, enjoyable dinner here without going overboard. Definitely worth visiting if you're in the area and want a quality sushi experience with refined flavors. The only thing I felt was missing was a small welcome miso soup. In some sushi restaurants we've visited, they serve a tiny cup of miso with a couple pieces of tofu as a warm welcome. It's a very small gesture, but it creates a nice first impression and adds a sense of hospitality to the experience. Considering the quality and pricing of the menu here, a simple welcome miso soup would fit perfectly with the overall dining experience.

Nice sushi spot in the area! Overall had a good experience here…read more This place is located in a small shopping plaza so there is plenty of parking. Glad I made a reservation on Sunday night for dinner as it did get a bit crowded. It is moderately sized. For 2, we ordered 2 appetizers and 2 sushi rolls. We got the eggplant, corn tempura, a mango salmon roll and a dragon roll. Everything came out quickly and was very fresh. I saw that the salmon roll was spicy but it was hardly spicy so that was a good thing for me. I enjoyed the corn tempura, perfectly crunchy and flavorful. The eggplant was also unique and tasty. It was enough food for two. Everything was a bit on the pricy side but the quality was there. Would come back to try other things and the omakase.

And above all - the food is always good and alway super fresh. I most appreciate their Omakase here.. at about $45; you get 10 excellent pieces. Whether I stop by for lunch or dinner, the food, service, and overall experience remain reliably good every single time. On my latest visit, the Mango Spider Roll was a standout. It was fresh, refreshing, and perfectly balanced, though I will admit I am biased since mango is my favorite fruit. My ultimate guilty pleasure, however, is the sushi pizza. If you have never tried it, do yourself a favor and order one. It deserves all the praise it gets. The service is consistently friendly and attentive, which is one of the many reasons I keep returning year after year. Parking can depend on what is happening nearby, since street parking is the main option, but I have never had to circle the block more than a couple of times to find a spot. The restaurant also has plenty of seating, and in all my visits over the years, I have never had to wait.
