All crafted with care and brought out in a timely manner while juggling handling every customer and chatting up every regular there, and all seriously reasonably priced! We chatted after our dinner while I paid and he described how he learned his skills in Japanese Cuisine, especially the extremely good sushi and ramen there, directly from passionately living and working in Japan in the 1990s, followed up with working in many various asian restaurants throughout America to also deliver quality Thai, Korean , and Chinese food.
