An absolute hidden gem hole-in-the-wall spot completely run by just one guy who is an absolute master of his craft. The personable owner made us and anyone else who came in feel very welcome and even offers a free appetizer if we shared our business with the liqour store directly across the street. The food, especially the Flaming Tiger sushi roll, was very high quality and very delicious. All crafted with care and brought out in a timely manner while juggling handling every customer and chatting up every regular there, and all seriously reasonably priced! We chatted after our dinner while I paid and he described how he learned his skills in Japanese Cuisine, especially the extremely good sushi and ramen there, directly from passionately living and working in Japan in the 1990s, followed up with working in many various asian restaurants throughout America to also deliver quality Thai, Korean , and Chinese food. Just wanted to let people know that the food is truly authentic and the man is truly skilled as both a chef and a business owner :)

The ambiance was very chill with cute noodle-themed art on the walls. Low-light, casual & chill vibe. The only thing I didn't like was ordering at the counter, paying & tipping in advance - how would I know if I like my meal/service in advance? Other than that, I would come again.

Letting you know, this has been a 4-year await to try Noble Fish sushi and let me say, I am beyond impressed. Upon arrival, you will order at the kiosk! I wanted to try something new, I ended up ordering Regular Nigiri Set [Tuna Roll, 1 Tuna Nigiri, 1 Squid Nigiri, 1 Mackerel Nigiri, 1 Octopus Nigiri, 1 Crab Stick Nigiri, 1 Egg Nigiri]. Additionally, I ordered Spicy Tuna Crunch Roll. The Squid Nigiri was interesting and melted in my mouth - lol. My less favorite was the Mackerel Nigiri, I felt like it has a metal and fishy taste. It's amazing cooked but I do not think I will consume it raw ever again. The fish was fresh and the sushi rice was soft and cooked to perfection. Overall, I would most def love to visit this place again with family and friends. The staff was beyond helpful when I had questions and super nice. The food is made quickly, so there is not a long wait. I went on a weekday, ahead of traditional lunch time, and it was packed. The wait for made to order sushi was already 40 minutes. I had hoped to order a latte, but they only had one person working and she ignored me. I settled for premade sushi to go and it was very good. Tuna was fresh and high quality. The premade sushi was also going fast and variety was very limited. It seems they are understaffed to handle the amount of business they have.

Lots of seating for groups. The corn dog was surprisingly good. They are dusted with granulated sugar. Noodles were a little overdone / soggy but I still enjoyed the taste. I had a pineapple suju, which I think was way cheaper at the grocery store, but that is okay, it went well with the meal. They have many things on their menu, and they give you an ipad to order, but not everything on the menu was on the ipad, so I ordered a couple things in person with the waitstaff and thus did not pay on the ipad (I image you are able to, but we needed a paper bill since a couple items were not included). I love the serve yourself bonchon, their items were so good. The kimchi was pretty sour, the fishcakes and kimchi pancakes were my favorite. I love the cucumbers, especially the one with sliced jalapeños. Those were so good. We got a couple sushi rolls, some black bean noodles, spicy pork, soy garlic popcorn chicken, ramen, and a chicken bao. The only thing I was not overly impressed with was the bao, it was just the popcorn chicken and not worth the price. But they rest, I felt the prices were great and the portions were big. They also had tea, which was nice. This is a great place and I look forward to visiting again soon.
