I ate it again against my better judgement (that's my fault for trusting) and instantly felt my mouth start on fire which happens when I am cross contaminated. I tried to figure it out and then realized I didn't catch the fact that while they cooked my food first for each round...they used the same utensils throughout. My own fault for trusting them twice but they truly just don't take allergies serious. My mouth is now going to be open wounds for the next two weeks. I'm praying that's the worst of it because I get brutally sick if I am glutened.. if I accidentally ate it straight then I will be in the ER within the next few days. Everything else seemed good but do not go here if you have severe allergies. They do not take them serious.

I had hoped to order a latte, but they only had one person working and she ignored me. I settled for premade sushi to go and it was very good. Tuna was fresh and high quality. The premade sushi was also going fast and variety was very limited. It seems they are understaffed to handle the amount of business they have.

We politely contacted the restaurant and spoke with a manager, who stated that we should have specified "no shrimp." My boyfriend explained that he ordered chicken and steak specifically because of his allergy and was unaware that he needed to additionally request no shrimp, as shrimp was not part of his order. I then asked the manager if, despite the order being placed through DoorDash, we could bring the food back to have it remade without shrimp due to the allergy, in an effort to reach a resolution. The manager responded, "There is no resolution." This experience was extremely disappointing. Nearly $100 was spent on food that my boyfriend could not safely eat, and the lack of concern or willingness to assist from management was frustrating. Due to this experience and the handling of a serious food allergy, we will not be returning or patronizing this business again.
