The texture of the cookie was odd; it was a combination of soggy and crispy. When later I put one in the microwave for a mere 15 seconds, it fell completely apart. (As an aside, the Richmond Hwy Costco sells chocolate chip cookies in their deli that are quite good.) I thought though that pineapple upside-down cake was good, though the cake could have stood more pineapple flavor. Bonus points for Hollin Hill Pastry Shop having milk for sale.
