Came here for my birthday nails and honestly wish I would've stayed home lol they are not what I wanted at all. I showed her a picture of exactly what I wanted. She even custom mixed the color for me as soon as you put on my tips is when she took over the creative freedom and just started cutting without asking what length I wanted. I expressed that I didn't like how short they were instead of offering to remove the tips. She just went on with shaping. It's my fault for not just stopping the service and leaving then but I absolutely hate when people start cutting my nails without asking how long I want, especially when I'm showing them a picture and the picture was much longer... Horrible HORRIBLE service. I scheduled biweekly appointments from January- May at this place and over time the service has went from great to horrid. Today- I had an appointment and left with peeling polish. They sat me 30 mins after my appointment time and had me wait at the bar for another 5 mins while they had people waiting as they continued taking walk-ins. When I got up to leave, that's when one nail tech came over to ask if she wanted her to take my polish off. I had already been there waiting to be seen for an hour. Here lately the service has gone way down. You make an appointment with a specific nail tech and you get whenever they decide to do your nails. I usually don't like leaving reviews, especially bad ones but I can't ignore my experience with this place. I decided to try this place for the first time and later regretted it. Not only did I lose 79$ for a regular length and minimum design request, he didn't even do what I asked for even when I told him multiple times to fix it. He was also rushing like crazy and hurting me and my nails in the process. I'm scared to see how damaged my nails are going to be once they come off. I've paid 50$ for more complicated designs and longer length, they need to humble themselves a bit because this was atrocious. Worst experience of my life! Appointment at 5:30pm, I went in, picked my color and was told they're behind and to come back at 6:15pm. Came back at 6:15pm and waited an additional 10 minutes then put to soak my feet for more than 30 minutes while I supposedly waited for the nail tech to finish. Today, I received the worst nail service ever. I went in around opening to have the dip powder on my nails soaked off, a manicure and new polish. My nail tech "misunderstood" the services I requested and ultimately ripped my nails off (although I asked mid service what she was doing and reminded her that she was working with my natural nails). I went in with healthy long nails, and left with weak super short nubs. The photos speak for themselves. I still cannot believe the nail tech offered a whopping 10% discount if I would still get dip powder so she could basically hide this disaster. DO NOT PATRONIZE this business unless you want to pay for terrible service. read more

Nhu is the sweetest and most talented Nail Tech I have ever had. Her attention to detail matches my OCD lol. My grandma even goes here now (if that tells you anything). The amount of color options is unlimited with more than plenty to pick from. The level of service this salon provides is unmatched and I am a forever client.
