I just wanna thank Candy and Tina for another great experience this week on two separate occasions when I went to get my toes done and then my nails on the following Friday thank you very much for your hospitality and your consistent work.

My daughter and I got our nails done here and we had an overall positive experience! Kristina did my GelX and I didn't catch the name of the staff member that did my daughter's normal manicure. My GelX came out beautifully but my daughter's glitter polish was thick and uneven on most of her nails. I asked them to fix one that was extremely thick at the edge of the nail, but fixing the rest would've essentially been a whole new manicure. I'll be booking her with Kristina the next time we visit.

After being cut, I expected more care, especially since cuts are a health concern. Mistakes happen, but how they're handled matters. I left feeling that my pain wasn't prioritized and hope the salon can be more attentive in situations like this.

How many places cut your cuticles, most places just push your cuticles up. The entire step of the process she made sure I was comfortable and okay with the design with each step to ensure I was satisfied. I showed her a reference picture and was identical. The photo doesn't do it justice, it looks so much better in person and I am obsessed! I will be definitely coming back!

This nail salon has exceeded my expectations and beyond. The services are great and the vibe is super friendly. I am a bit picky with my nails, as they tend to lift easily. But the gal who worked on my nails has helped with that problem. She has helped with keeping my natural nails in better shape and truly listen to what customers want in their nails. I know it's just a nail experience for some of you. But if you are like me, I look at hands every day so I am easily annoyed if something is crooked or lifted. So far, I have loved looking at my nails every single day. It's worth giving a try if you haven't already. You won't regret it.

Jenny did my nails and they turned out great! She took her time, was thorough and gentle. She made sure I liked the shape, color, design and asked me to check my nails a few times. I felt comfortable asking her to fix what I didn't like. I noticed that prior to doing the design, she looked at the inspo photo a few times. I've had situations where the nail tech looked once and as a result didn't execute it well. IColor is also a very nice salon with a lot of color options. The price point is great too! read more

First time visitor located in a shopping plaza Appears to be a check in system at the front Rewards also available and pending how you pay is double the points 6 manicurist tables 8-10? spa pedicure chairs One large room Clean and simple decor to the eye Love that you are able to choose from a book color of choice as suppose to looking on the shelves The one doing the pedicure didn't catch get her name, though overall she did a better job than I would have, did not like how she appeared to not pay attention when conducting her task. While doing cuticle care and shaping, kept jabbing my thumb toe 3 times and I flinched each time. She kind of got upset when I said that hurt. Also seemed upset when I asked for the toe separator. Pedicure cost 28 The manicurist Mary made up for everything. Ensuring everything met what I was looking for. Explained her process. Kept reassuring me to just let her know if there was something to be done let her know. Gave me tips on how to maintain quality care to my hands. Took her time and wasn't rushing with the service. Gel manicure cost 35 Not sure if it was the owner but whoever was taking care of the front desk had a pleasant Tone over the phone and in person. And asked how service went. This is a new go-to spot for me. It's very clean and the environment is relaxing. Cathy and Tina were absolutely amazing with taking their time and adding additional details (hand mask and adding extra layers of color to make my gel color pop) to my gel mani and pedi. I came in on a Monday afternoon during what would be peak hours, but they were able to help me quickly. They were so sweet I'm definitely asking for them again. read more

After many times of saying I won't be back. The quality is just so unique. I had such a great experience here today! Kim did an amazing job on my toes -- she was so gentle, detailed, and made sure everything looked perfect before I left. Candy absolutely killed my sister's full set too; the shape, design, and overall quality came out flawless. Both of them were super friendly, professional, and made us feel comfortable the entire time. The salon was clean, welcoming, and the service was honestly one of the best experiences we've had. She took me in 20 mins of calling. She did a great job on my repairs. I showed her the cracks and she got to work on both nails. Turned out great. Super happy with it and her. Very nice lady. I have no complaints on the quality of the work. I'm just trying to understand why they wanted to charge an additional $40 on top of the service to get a design. I was coming in to get a Gel X fill and my nails were already a nude color so no color change was needed. I added a photo of the design I was requesting for reference. I thought maybe because of the stars it was priced at $40?? So I asked how much it would be if I did a basic gold french tip and they still wanted to charge an additional $35. I'm not sure if that's the standard rate now for designs but I didn't think it was reasonable considering that the Gel X fill (no color change) was $45. Doesn't make sense to be charged 88% of the original service price for the design requested. read more

Today, I got gel manicure and pedicure plus extra $ for callus remover, which I highly recommend as Mindy does a phenomenal job of making sure my feet look & feel like a million dollars. My gel manicure was also getting my hands summer ready, as I got an amazing spa services included like cuticle clipped and all the works for my hands. For a pedicure, I suggest you pay extra for callus remover as this feature of a complete pedicure. Don't skimp by not getting callus remover, as I am well versed in determining if something is worth extra money and this salon's upgrade is worth the extra fee. I'm extremely pleased nails from head to toe w/gel for at least 3 weeks and both the lovely ladies whom dedicated their time& patience to their craft. I do not feel rushed nor ignored here . That's when I found this salon, and I'm so glad I did. I always go to David or Lynn for my Gel-X nails and they never disappoint. They both do an amazing job every time--super precise, clean, and exactly how I want them. The salon itself is very clean and welcoming, and everyone is friendly and professional. I usually get long coffin Gel-X nails and it costs me less than $60, which is honestly way cheaper than anywhere else I checked. I'm really disappointed with my wife's experience at this nail spa. She came in expecting a relaxing appointment and left feeling frustrated and unhappy with the results. First, the quality of the work was below expectations. The nail shaping was uneven, and the polish application looked rushed -- streaky in some areas and thick in others. There were visible bubbles and rough edges that should have been corrected before she left. For the price charged, the finishing details simply weren't professional. Additionally, the cuticle work seemed careless. Some areas were over-trimmed while others were left messy. Attention to detail is very important in nail services, and unfortunately that was lacking. The service itself also felt rushed. There wasn't much communication about what she wanted, and no one checked to make sure she was satisfied before moving on or finishing the appointment. A little more care and customer interaction would have made a big difference. The salon environment was clean, but the overall experience did not match the standard we expected. When you're paying for a professional service, you expect quality, precision, and a relaxing atmosphere. We hope the management takes feedback seriously and works on improving both technique and customer care. read more

This salon turned out to be such a disappointment with a total lack of professionalism! I was really looking forward to visiting it after reading all the positive reviews. Just be prepared to wait for 30-45 minutes beyond your appointment time, which is quite frustrating. I get it - it's a busy salon, but this happens for every appointment. Giving this place a chance, I did try it out. My experience wasn't great - my nails were clipped so short that I bled, and Kayla was too nervous to cut my cuticles. She even made me do it myself, even though she's the professional and I'm the one paying for the service! To top it off, I had to endure excessive waiting for a whole 8 months. The last straw was when she confirmed an appointment via text but didn't show up. My entire morning was planned around that appointment, and she couldn't even call or text to inform me she wouldn't be there. Things happen, but please communicate with your clients and respect our time, just as you'd want us to respect yours. Sadly, I won't be returning to this salon again! read more

I booked a last minute appointment and was impressed with the friendly and skillful nail technicians at the clean and attractive establishment. Kayla was lovely and so pleasant! I got a manicure with dip powder. She helped me pick out a nude color for a wedding I'm in, and I was happy for her guidance. She worked quickly and efficiently, and definitely made my nails look super groomed and polished. She was gentle, but got the manicure done within 40 minutes. I still rate their services a 5 because I didn't inquire about pricing beforehand and the technician did an excellent job. read more

I read good reviews on here about this salon so I decided to try it out as a Mother's day treat to myself. I had an appointment for a manicure and pedicure. When i got there I requested for both services separately because I wanted to relax and enjoy. The pedicure was fine. But my nail dip manicure was a rush job and it shows. Some of my nails are not fully covered in polish down the sides. It's my first time at I-Color Nail Lounge and the service was great. I got Annie to work on my manicure and had some flower designs. She was very patient and pleasant. I have asked to do last minute decisions on the nail design and she accommodated my request. I forgot the lady that helped me with my pedicure but she's also really nice and serviced me well. When it came down to the design THREE ladies came trying to do it, at the end I was over it, I was told they all couldn't do it. So I decided to have it all removed and do a basic French tip. Whatever I was in there for TWO HOURS. Mind you, I was there when there was a good 6-8 people. I was the absolute LAST CUSTOMER TO WALK OUT. Ridiculous... then it came down to paying... no discount for the inconvenience? Fine. Butttt $35 for the number 2 which is classic plus callus remover. $18! For gel + French tip AND $2 for removal... TOTAL $55. Never coming here again... don't waste your time. Came excited for my first pedi in 2 months, left absolutely disappointed and irritated for sitting in a chair for two whole hours.
