I've driven at least 15-20 min away from home to get my pedicure & I finally took a chance to try this shop that's 2 min from my house. I came in to get a pedicure, I chose the luxury pedicure $45 with gel (an additional $15). I walked in this Nail shop around my area and i will absolutely be coming back here again . Right away when i came to the shop i was greeted and treated respectfully with a nice welcoming as a first time customer . Chi who did my toes and included 2 acrylic nails ( the big toe only ) and since i have been insecure about my feet , many other nail shops have chosen to decline me or want extra money from me for my tiny toes . Super disappointed with my first visit at Three Sixty Nail Bar. I went to Nhu for years at the Pro Cypress location and always loved my nails. Returning from college, I had heard they moved so I decided to give them a call asking for a full set. Johnny is always super kind and mentioned that Nhu wasn't in the day I wanted to go but mentioned her cousin was available if I wanted to go with her. The service took an hour and a half and before walking out I was pretty happy. I thought they were a bit too thin, but overall was satisfied. I was charged $73 which I do think is a bit excessive considering the length and design. Upon leaving the salon I noticed almost every single one of my nails was crooked and was super upset. I should have checked before leaving the salon so I guess you could say it was my own fault. Five days after getting a full set while doing regular activities my nail snapped off and I then realized how thin they really were. I proceeded to take off the rest of my set which unbelievably popped off easier than press on nails and took five minutes with no damage to my natural nails as the acrylic was laid so thin. Like I mentioned earlier, Johnny has been nothing but kind to me and Nhu has always done a great job. Yes, they are a bit pricey but I was always willing to pay because of their great quality of work. I am disappointed that the other tech I saw is not held to this same standard, but the same price tag came with her. Sad to say I most likey will not be returning. read more

An overdue review... I decided to reach over Yelp and received an immediate response for an appointment the next morning. Plenty of parking and walking into the salon felt opened and I was greeted right away. I just did a regular pedicure and manicure and it was quite pleasant, the gentleman and everyone in the salon was super welcoming and really nice. I believe I had Nicki for manicure and MiMi pedicure, they were so nice and very helpful, they're wonderful ladies. I was done within an hour, which I was very impressed with. I'll definitely return. I didn't take any pictures of the facilities but I promise you they are clean and the place is very spacious. Being the fact that I moved down in July of 2022... there are so many nail salons and I am quite particular because I have done gel manicure before and dipping... so this is the place that I found to be most comfortable to be at, especially since I live in Anaheim and it's not that far from me. read more

Also, my nails were never cleaned after the gel polish was applied and no oil was ever put on my nails. When I asked for designs, I often noticed the designs were crooked or off. I am super disappointed with my experience today. I called for an appointment for full set and pedicure and right off the bat when I noticed a new lady was going to do my nails I knew something wasn't going to be right. The lady working on my hands was super sweet I always see her working and make sure to tip her well. However, the lady doing my toes was taking forever for a simple pedicure no massage, no exfoliating, nothing. She kept cutting skin on one of my toes that caused it to bleed so much and when I mentioned to her that she was hurting me she said I had a lot of dead skin. I also noticed her being extremely aggressive when using the drill and filing the nails. Not to mention a random girl came in and asked if someone could fix one of her nails that had broke and the lady doing my toes walked up to her and left me sitting in the chair.
