You failed to mention that your staff was unprofessional, took an hour and a half for a simple soak off, and literally made my fingers bleed without a single apology. I didn't "drive away" to avoid a fair price, I left because I'm not paying full price for physical injury and garbage service. After asking again, the woman with the tattoo on her upper left arm kept saying "pedicure" and seemed annoyed when I corrected her and explained I wanted a manicure. I was then seated with a technician who immediately started cutting my nails. I specifically told him I did not want them cut short and only wanted them evened out. I had spent 1 month growing my natural nails out. When I noticed he was cutting them much short, I told him to stop, but he insisted he knew what he was doing and continued. After washing my hands and coming back, I could clearly see my nails were much shorter and out of shape. When I expressed my concerns, instead of listening, he argued with me and kept saying they weren't short. The woman with the tattoo came over and repeatedly interrupted me. She kept insisting they could add acrylic, powder, or tips to make them longer, but I explained multiple times that I wanted my own natural nails and did not want fake nails. What bothered me most was that neither of them listened to what I was saying. They continuously talked to each other while looking at me, which made me feel very uncomfortable. There was no apology, no accountability, and no effort to understand why I was upset. After about 20-30 minutes, I decided to leave because I no longer felt comfortable. I told them their customer service was rude and unprofessional. I paid $5 for the nail cutting and left. This experience left me feeling disrespected, unheard, and frustrated. Walking in, the space felt open, clean, and inviting. It's well decorated and has a relaxing atmosphere. Nail stations are set up in the front, and there's a spacious pedicure area toward the back with plenty of seating. The massage chairs were comfy, but honestly, the experience was what really won me over. Mi (sorry if spelling is wrong) was the nail tech who did my pedicure, and she was incredible. Sweet, professional, and clearly skilled. She gave me one of the best massages I've ever had at a salon, took care of an annoying ingrown toenail, and left my toes looking flawless. We chose the Signature Pedicure and it was absolutely worth every penny. Warm stone massage, wax bath, full treatment. it felt luxe from start to finish. Easily the best pedicure I've had, and my friend felt the same. We've officially found our go to spot. No more hopping around. I went and the male that was removing them seemed nice but unfortunately did not know what he was doing. Very rough. I have a reference photo of how they left my nails when I left, didn't even bother to smooth them out or anything with a buffer file. Upon checking out he charges me $15 and I tell him that whoever I spoke to on the phone told me it was $10. Then I was told that the extra $5 is because I kept my nails long but if I were to cut them they would've charged me $10 which makes no sense whatsoever! It's only a $5 difference the money didn't matter to me it's the principles! Why say over the phone it would be $10 and then try and charge more just for the heck of it... be aware they may try to over charge you!
