They didn't tighten nuts so stabilizer link was destroyed, needed to be replaced a couple days later. Luckily I had dealership replace bad half shaft under warranty. There was no communication and service was erratic at best, just kept asking me to make sure I gave a great review. Due to all the time and issues my wife ended up having to rent a car for her planned trip.
