I said oh I didn't realize and he responded "it's ok" in a condescending tone as though I were stealing, to which I replied it was an accident. He couldn't even help me, he had to calm the original woman who was standing f by self checkout to fix (because it was her job to do, not his). Even after she fixed and I paid ANOTHER man walks over to ask the woman who helped me what the issue is. I still was the only person at checkout. Extremely poor behavior and customer service. She didn't want to look at what I'm showing her, with the number. If you're answering a phone, you need to have better etiquette. If you're involved in a business, you need to know where your store number is popping up. Be more proactive and concerned. That's your job. Because at anyone's jobs, they would say the same thing.
