If you want to waste your money go here! I went in for a procedure called ultherapy and they have you sign all the paperwork saying if it doesn't work no money back. Before i had this procedure done i asked are we sure this is going to work. i saw pictures of the receiptionist who had it done and you could notice the difference. The pain was not going away after a week so i went back to be rechecked. after waiting 6 months to see no results they did offer to do again. As a family we decided to pay for our 14 year old nieces laser hair removal. She did her first and only Sessions yesterday. Left in tears, found it to be excruciating and I immediately called to say we wanted to pause the future services. We were not asking for a refund of the deposit , neither a refund of the paid service. We only wished to not have to bring her back since she's a young kid and this would be a torture . The manager Leslie told Me too bad , "I was here I saw her but she signed a contract and there's nothing we can do, You guys had two days to break the contract for buyers remorse and you didn't . " Exactly . We did not choose to Discontinue simply because... we chose to discontinue because it could not be tolerated . what this company is doing is absolutely inhumane. We're talking about a 14-year-old girl who has already suffered from severe psychiatric issues and has been admitted to multiple health facilities over the last couple of years. As a family, we made the decision to gift her this experience to help boost her confidence, yet she was practically burned and is still in discomfort. We're not looking for any refunds on the deposit we made or the service we paid for, but we demand that you discontinue this nonsensical contract. We will not put this child through any more pain after all she has already endured, including self-harm and countless other issues. I am prepared to seek assistance from her psychiatrist, and if necessary, this may end up in court. I will also be reporting this business to the Better Business Bureau because their policy is absolutely disgusting. To even suggest that we continue to expose a child to such excruciating pain is beyond comprehension. The smell in the treatment room was one of burned skin, and that's exactly what she is experiencing. We will pursue medical help, and I will fight for her rights. This place is a scam and all they care about is getting your money. I had a virtual consolation for cool sculpting, which should have been done in person. The next thing I know they are doing a credit check and going over financing options. Everything was such a rush and I felt pressured into signing the contract. No one told me that I only had 3 days to cancel (you have more time to change your mind when you are buying a car and they tell you that!). If I was reading a paper copy, I would have taken it home and carefully read it. They scheduled my appointment which I cancelled right away. All nurses has been great and kind. I have been going there for years. Today I got nurse Christy. I don't know she was having a bad day... she seemed have a strong personality end started to raise her voice. I was not feeling comfortable with her. All I asked was to see if she can give me the same treatments as my previous technician have done to be in the past. All she had to say was "i am sorry due to company policy, we will not be able to honor your request. I apologies. " instead "We don't do that! You are not listening to me. I need you to reschedule it". I don't know what's triggered her but all I have heard was her blaming on me. The manager came over to talk to me. It was nice but even after the manager talk to her to make apologies , she refused it. I understand there are certain things she can not honor my request. it was just a matter of her delivery. We go to the beauty salon to feel great and feel beautiful. This is not what I was expected. This is a place someone will inject into your face and skin, the salon has to be sure to hire someone can control their emotion when though she has a bad mood. Not impressed. I recently had cool sculpting performed and during my visit the technician advised that we should hold o my upper abs and only do the middle/lower abs at this time I agreed and e proceeded with the 12 of 14 cycles I purchased. At the end of the long day we discussed using the funds I paid for the 2 cycles of upper abs toward Botox/fillers and requested a quote. Upon receipt of the quote and a total price over $5K, I did some research and found that the price "after there supposed 50% discount" was actually a bit higher the average cost in general and they were over charging me. It was at this time I requested a refund from Leslie Perrin and her response was they performed all 14 cycles they absolutely did not - I had tried to resolve with her to no avail and filed a complaint with the BBB and continue to work through resolution with Ashley in their Corp Office again to no avail. Although the "treatments" Leslie stated they provided has change 3 times throughout this process, they refuse to issue my refund. I am now seeking recovery through small claims court for the cost along with any and all expenses I incur for this process. I will need to hire a lawyer to legally request the transcripts for all my call with Ahsley as they are recorded and neither Leslie nor Ashley have responded to my requests. Stay away or do not pay until services are rendered as they are dishonest and liars! read more

Update: still only two stars after two IPL treatments. I have not heard a word from the intake coordinator who during my initial video "consultation" told me several times how "super excited" she was about my decision to try IPL treatments at Ideal Image. I'm sure she was "super excited" about the $875 I agreed to pay PRIOR to ever setting foot in the spa. And I still don't get how you can diagnose/treat someone's skin conditions without ever having evaluated my dark spots in person. Their entire intake process is very technology driven and not designed for some of us 50+ women who may not be the most tech savvy. Even at the office I was given a tablet and closed off in a room to complete an online questionnaire and asked to answer some questions by video. No office staff was provided to assist with completing the questionnaire in person. And before you say that I could have simply declined to pay up front or just canceled my treatments Ideal Image was highly recommended to me by my mother-in-law and a colleague. I have told them both about my disappointment with Ideal Image and I will not recommend to friends or family. read more

DONT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. Bought my package in 2020, was lied to and told the spas were open, They weren't. I contacted multiple people (it was hard to get in contact while the spas were closed). I spoke with the salesperson who sold me the package (she was a lot less friendly after she sold me the package), I contacted customer service directly, then contacted the actual spa I'd be using. I was reassured the package could be put on hold (I paid half up front) and the payment plan for the remainder suspended (I found out I was pregnant when business resumed). As of today, No notation was ever made on my acct that I put it on hold, they have me as owing a past due balance, they have my package (which I never used) as expired, and I have to wait 7-10 business days to hear from a manager named Casey to see if they'll resume my package, that I paid for and they supposedly put on hold. Tbh, I don't even want to let them touch me at this point. I'll be making complaints against them. read more

I requested a consultation to explore laser hair removal options. I assumed this would be with a medical professional, as this is a med spa. I was sold services that I was not fully informed about because I was "consulted" by someone from out of state who is not a medical professional. Had I been given the entire picture by an actual PA/RN/MD, I never would have signed up because of factors that will limit the efficacy of laser hair removal and the fact that it isn't actually permanent. I have been trying for weeks to get any sort of response and continually get told "we're reaching out to customer service." I am also filing a complaint with the BBB, attorney general, and board of medicine. Do not waste your time or money with this company. Update: Previous to the automated customer service response below, I had already sent an email to their customer service account on April 11. They said they would be responding within 48-72 hours. Horrible experience in being scammed...charged me in November 2020 for a service I have yet to receive. After my appointment wasn't scheduled after my consultation I called 2 weeks later and was told I couldn't be seen until January 27th 2021. Ideal Image then automatically canceled my January 26th appt more than 24 hours out after I waited since November and told me they cannot schedule me until March for a pre-paid service. I see lots of bad reviews on here, but honestly this place is very good and welcoming. I had my first laser hair removal appointment today and all the ladies there, receptionists, workers, etc, were all very nice and accommodating. I think many are leaving bad reviews because they don't know how the payment process works so they get really mad. You get a bill about two weeks after you first book, and then from there you can set it up to do automatic withdrawal to pay off the amount/loan for one charge every month, discussed with the person you do the consultation with. They're very friendly and will gladly answer any questions you have. I do recommend this place and am glad I decided to go through with it. read more

Veredict for cool sculpting.... don't bother. If you are relatively thin and you just want to get rid of some stubborn spots it may work. If you're overweight and you want to have changes in your body better because it doesn't matter how much you work out and train or lifestyle change life just gets to you... If you want a radical change, save your money and go for plastic surgery. The staff here is wonderful and they make you feel really good about yourself but cool sculpting is expensive and don't hold your breath. Another glob of dead presidents wasted. Did I lose some inches? Kinda, but Not really. 20% loss is not significant on a chunky and pudgy body like mine. Of course if I went for a couple more treatments and triple the price it may look better... And if I had done other areas around my circumference it would probably make a difference. But for that price - I could've gone for plastic surgery, had all the old skin cut off and tied back, (and had shoes, matching bag and a belt made) and had an excuse to goof off during recovery AND temporarily flaunt. Because folks I know that have had plastic surgery if they don't workout like fiends and eat cardboard and chalk... they want a redo in 5-10 years. Staff is adorable, though. read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I signed a contract for laser hair treatment spending over $5,000 already paid in full. They are so over saturated with patients they couldn't even barely fit me in for appointments and the laser appointments need to be spaced a certain amount of time apart to be effective. On top of that the building closed for covid in the middle of my treatments so who knows if my first few were even effective. They kept telling me not to worry they were going to fix it and extend my contract. On the day of my appointment two fridays ago they called me in the morning and told me my contract expired and i would have to now pay for my final treatments that were under contract of the appointments I already paid for. I have called multiple times to talk to someone in the past two weeks. Every time I call they tell me they opened a case and someone will get back to me in next couple days no one ever does. I emailed 3 people from the company with no response. They will not provide me with a corporate number and put me on hold for 5 minutes each time telling me they are trying to connect me with management but mysteriously every time they are always busy and can't talk. On top of all of this I filed an extension contract in July they are not honoring. Worst company I have EVER dealt with in my entire life. Extremely unprofessional, horrible customer service and once you pay they could care less about you. read more

I started going to ideal image just over a year ago. I was looking for a good laser hair removal place and this was advertised on ProFM. When I went in for the free consultation they had packages for 70 percent off. I started July of last year with chest hair and linea hair removal packages for only 4500. They also offered an interest free credit card that let you pay monthly as much as you could afford. I paid that off this year and now they have a new card with better deals. The only thing is the price is really high but they do offer loans and they lowered down the price because of the deal that was going on. Compared to other similar locations I've been to, Ideal Image made me feel the most taken care of. Sure, prices might be a little higher than some of the competition- but you are paying for long term results- what you actually WANT. The equipment is brand new, the technicians are actual nurses, and everything is clean and sterilized right down to the last detail. I had my underarms treated and I haven't seen a hair since. They have an F rating with the better business bureau and 119 complaints in just the past year. Do your research before you go here. First, let me say that the staff and facilities at Ideal Image is great. I am just about to complete my treatment at Ideal which has spanned 16 months and 10 separate appointments. My frustration with this business is their lack of appreciation of my time. My last three appointments I have had to wait 30 plus minutes. Now they are not a doctors office, they know what treatments they are scheduling for and how long they take. The fact that I have to wait so long appears to me that they just cram people in to increase their capacity at the expense of my time. The first time I received an Ideal Image consultation was in 2015. It was for laser hair removal on my chin, upper lip and neck. They stated I was an ideal applicant for the process and should have no problem permanently removing the hair. I received nine treatment, and was not happy with my results. The weeks before the treatments I would have more hair on my face than when I started, but they claimed this was all a part of the process. In hopes of improving the results, I was then treated 8 weeks for an extra $75 dollars. In 2016 they recommend that I start getting my jawline treated so I began that process. I then continued to pay the $75 dollars from the previous treatment with my jawline. This continued until I completed my nine treatments in 2018, when I finished my jawline procedure. I informed the technicians that my face and hair growth had become worse despite the rigorous treatment. They ran some blood tests to check that it wasn't genetically my problem. The blood tests came back and they stated that my genetics were not at fault. The technician took photos and stated that were going to try to find the root of my problem, and find a solution. Shortly after that I began a medication that made me have to stop treatment. I completed the treatment and returned to Ideal Image. The technician then told me that I would have to continue to pay the $75 dollars for the laser treatment. They did not offer up any new solutions or reasons for why I have not seen the results. I have now invested over $4000 into this process, and my problem is even worse. I know have to get threaded every week to keep the problem at bay. DO NOT GO TO IDEAL IMAGE. They will take your money, and not keep their word. You'd be better off buying tinkle razors and treating yourself weekly. read more

Ideal Image is great. I've had four treatments so far, and each time the place is clean, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I'm the type of person that won't go back to a place if I feel uncomfortable, and I keep going back and have even added additional areas. It can be more expensive than the other spas that offer laser hair removal on the side and offer groupons constantly, but it seems on par with other similar places such as American Laser. My favorite part is that nurses are performing the treatments, as opposed to a tech with minimal training and experience. read more
