I was super nervous at first coming here, because I've stuck with the same med spas and injectors for the longest time. But the price was right at Ideal Image so I had to try it. Soulita and Amanda did everything they could to get me the best deal and discounts (I'm not ashamed to admit, I'm becoming more price conscious when it comes to beauty treatments). When I arrived for my appointment, I got to gab it up with Soulita again, who is literally the sweetest! I was seen by Aryelle. Absolutely Horrible Experience - Don't Waste Your Time or Money! If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is a total mess. The front desk is completely incompetent when it comes to scheduling. I called and made an appointment for a specific time, only to get a call later accusing me of missing it -- even though I had it scheduled for a totally different time! Then they have the nerve to charge a $50 no-show fee for their own mistake. I tried escalating the issue by calling corporate, and that was a waste of time too. They basically shrugged it off and told me it was up to the clinic manager -- who clearly didn't care either. On top of that, they pulled some nonsense about other missed appointments I never even scheduled! Just completely made-up dates to justify their bogus fees. This place is a joke. If you value your time, your money, or even basic professionalism, go literally anywhere else. read more

Today was my very first visit to ideal image in Summerlin and the place was so nice inside the second you walk in. It's spacious and very clean. The girls at the front desk were so cheerful, informative, accommodating, personable, professional and every bit what you expect to have at a 5 star resort! Astrid helped me when I arrived, and the other young girl there with long brunette hair are who you want greeting your clients. They made a fantastic lasting first impression! Aryelle performed my services. I cannot say enough great things about her! She was so patient with all my questions and we just had so much fun during my session. I received my first BBL (also may be known as an IPL photofacial) and it was less painless than laser hair removal lol I felt so at ease and ensured all my future appointments were with her. Highly recommended 5 star service! It's hard now days to receive such wonderful customer service and being made to feel so special.
