Can I just say, I have been to quite a lot of places to get Botox or fillers etc. By far, I have not found a more conciencouse, friendly, and knowledgeable group of people. From the smile and information at the front desk, to all medical staff. I like to write things when I feel safe with a place that is going to be doing something like our FACE. They take it slow, explaining each step. If something decided on may not work, you will receive nothing but honesty. You will not be walking out here wondering ( what did I do! You will be saying ( I am so happy, I can't believe how beautiful they made me look. They won't do something just because we think it's a good idea. I'm sure you have seen some (not such good work) You won't, I repeat won't .... Find that here. Plus they are honest, they have deals. I could really go on. I do this for me. I can't say enough about the people and this place! Everyone was so kind and each time I walked through the door for my appointment it seemed like everyone knew me even if they hadn't treated me. I completed a large majority of my sessions with Mary, who is so insanely sweet and I always loved chatting with her. She helped to make the laser treatments as painless as possible, and anytime we hit a spicy spot she went about it perfectly and laughed with me when my initial reactions were quite unique. Regarding the actual sessions, there were never any surprises. Everything was explained to me perfectly and executed just as expected. I'd still be booking my sessions here if it weren't for the fact that I'm moving, but I am continuing with a different Ideal location. IDEAL IMAGE in Summerlin is just the BEST! From start: purchasing products & services, to making appointments, to finish: two very amazing visits, so far! I first saw Ideal Image's ads on Instagram & because of the ads, I was able to get a couple of great deals. When I called Ideal Image in Summerlin, Astrid, the rep. who answered was so helpful. She helped me get the best deals possible AND she was able to figure out how to use my Alle "points" to further enhance my deals. So THANK YOU Astrid! Another Ideal Image plus is the option of purchasing their deals & "banking" everything. Other medspas have deals, but they usually make you use everything right away. At Ideal Image, I was able to space out the services I bought, as needed per my schedule. Last, but not least: the visits were perfect. The reception area is very nice. Checking in, very easy. The whole place is very tastefully decorated, & most importantly, very clean. But the BEST of the best was CHRISTINE, the RN who did my injections. I've undergone 18 months of service and here is what I know: Nurses are always wonderful and are the ONE thing that keeps me motivated with my package. Unfortunately, starting with the initial 'slightly misinformed' sale of the package, plus the horrible customer service, I cannot recommend this facility. The pre-screening of me when I was sold the package was not informed. For instance, I was sold laser on one spot that has blonde hair. Laser won't work on blonde. It has been a waste of money. Virtual pre-screening should not be allowed. Also, the lifetime guarantee is not an inclusive service...after a number of sessions, you switch to 'touch up' services for which you then begin to pay co-pays for each area that they couldn't remove hair from quickly enough (copays range from $50-$150 per area). Annnd that is only if they can get you in - "touch up" appointments can now only be booked with one-weeks notice...sooooo, good luck, because they are always understaffed which makes getting an appointment difficult. Appointments CAN happen within 4-8 weeks of each other...but to maximize profit and to manage the lack of staff, you may be told "8-weeks" over and over...which burns through your package months (and you are not told this upon sale, they only brag about the lifetime-ness). Although I've wanted to partake in other services such as Botox and Cool Sculpting, I don't dare do it here, they have broken my trust. The nurses however have all been nothing short of skilled and fabulous! But do expect a turn over of staff. When I speak with ppl they will not give me their name (they claim it's company policy) so I have no one to refer to that I spoke to in the past. I have no resolution to my issues as of yet. UPDATE to a previous 5-star review. After my first session, I gave Ideal Image a 5-star review. After being a patient for nearly 1 year, I am changing that. Nurses are excellent (Lydia and Elizabeth are the best) and they are always running on time. Very clean facility and pleasant front desk staff that put up with many frustrated/angry clients, yet handle themselves very well and remain calm. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Ideal Image to others and will advise them to go elsewhere. Things were not properly explained to me at onboarding, including: 1) Blonde hair doesn't get picked up by lasers, yet I was still sold that for one of my body parts. The rest of my hair is medium brown and fine/thin (yet after nearly a year, it is still not all gone). I thought it was very odd to drop thousands of dollars without an in-person consultation. In hindsight, I should've known better. 2) How the lifetime guarantee works (with a copay) was not reviewed. It is likely you will end your contract, hairy. 3) The full explanation of how services actually end after one year. And then you switch to a co-pay. So much for a hairless guarantee! After weak onboarding, my initial sessions went well and I was ignorantly happy. Yet that changed and has left me bitter. 1) Despite confirming an appointment, I had "the system" cancel my appointment and it screwed EVERYTHING up for my laser routine. I was not given any accommodation for this besides " whoops" and it cost me money at work too since I took the day off. Also, I didn't know this at the time, but since they "couldn't get me in for ages/reschedule" it ate up some of my contract time. I am not alone. It happened to my friend AND another client (while I was there). Poor front desk. 2) I do not know if this is true, but the front desk informed me that "the system" apparently sends a text message and gives a FEW HOURS to confirm or it will auto-cancel you. WHO DOES THAT?? I make an appointment to have an APPOINTMENT. Plus, I fly cross-county for work - ummm, no, I can't respond to the appointment I am KEEPING within a few hours. Also, many people work 8-hours and don't even have their phone on them. After this, I demanded that I be marked "always confirmed" - not really sure if they changed the system or if they actually have this on my file. 3) Hair removal appointments take place every 6 weeks once you're established. 8 weeks isn't too big of a deal....but they can never get you in. So, we are looking at 11 WEEKS until my next appointment. I'm furious because the hair cycle gets messed up AND I pretty much miss an ENTIRE 'nother session - taking away from my sessions within my contract. 4) I don't know if the above is because of staffing issues or if this is a con to make established patients get less for their money, keeping them hairy, and coming back with co-pays since the delay burns through contract time. 5) If you are lucky, you will get a 3-month contract extension as a "sorry", but that does not make up for my lost time(s) since, depending on how it falls, you may only get ONE additional session in during that 3-month period IF THEY CAN EVEN GET YOU IN. I am happy with the results overall and the great staff, but my medium-brown-hair-self will not be hairless after one year...and it now feels scammy. Be very cautious of this company and their sales procedures. I called for information and was sold a $4,000.00 package. I will take some responsibility, as I was excited to be relieved of some fat deposits. They email you the contract and ask you to review it and sign, and they are offering a 100.00 discount only if you sign the contract while they are on the phone with you. I did sign however after hanging up I pulled up the document that is 28 pages long. After hours of research on the possible issues that might occur from the procedure, I called Ideal Image, and they said they would have the sales person call me back, this never happened. I called on July 29 and was told that department didn't work on Weekends and they would have someone call me on Monday. Today I spoke with Cody, who informed you must cancel within 3 days of signing and their contract state it is not refundable. pay attention and don't be pressured into signing a 28 page document while the agent waits on the phone. read more

Do Not Take A Loan Unless you are going to use it!!! They take the money from the loan before they even give you the service!!! I called for some facial options and was talked into taking a loan at 0%, seemed harmless as they said I could cancel it if i did more research and changed my mind. They meant I could use the money for something else, but had to use it, as they charged the amount before i even got the service. I was pretty mad as i wasn't sure if i even wanted any services but since they said i could cancel it, i figured I'd take the loan while i was on the phone. As i didn't see any services any better or I'd have to spend more money I'm stuck with paying a loan for a service i wasn't sure i wanted. The UltTherapy was a horrible idea as common sense would tell you if you try to a boost collagen , your neck would be the worst place to do it when you want it tightened. I think it was $1,200 and it just made my neck looser. Don't do Ult Therapy or come get. The people are super rude and not transparent and no one is going to read through the multiple papers you sign for the truth they leave out when they talk you into a loan. read more

All the negative reviews are true. The technicians are good here but the company is sneaky and not truthful or upfront about how their packages really work. They try to sell you with extra free treatments or credits towards future packages. What they don't tell you is ALL the caveats with those things. Angelica is my favorite "therapist" and I say therapist cause I am a big baby with low tolerance for pain and she is so kind and patient. I feel like I was almost scammed. I got a call to do the virtual consultation for Brazilian lasering and when I was speaking with the lady she said my monthly payments range can definitely be met (it was no more than $80-$100 a month). She tells me my monthly payment can be $54 a month. I was starting to get excited because I'm kind of tired of paying $40 every 3 weeks for Brazilian waxing. Then she starts talking about the different type of payment plans I needed to use (meaning I can't just go in an pay the $54 each month of service). So I fill out this questionnaire and it asked for my annual pay, even though I just told her I got this new job and don't really know yet. I filled it out an I had to do their "in house payment plan" it's called Ideal image EZ Pay. THEN here is the kicker, I now have to do a down payment of.....drum roll please... $480 and my new monthly payment is not $130. She then proceeded to say "If you put more than $480, your monthly payment will go down. I swear for a second I thought I was buying a house lol. I'm just soooo confused there is like hidden meanings when they talk. She talked about them having Brazilian laser being 80% off, but it doesn't seem like it's actually 80% off. All I'm saying is be careful when talking to them because if it seems to good to be true then it is. I will be looking for somewhere else to do my Brazilian Laser. After my consultation and my payment was deducted from my account in full, I had additional questions because I saw bad reviews and nobody followed up with me. I was defrauded of $3500 by Ideal Image. The consultant sold me a lie, stating that I could have cool sculpting done on my arms and that I could get a curvy waist by reducing up to 50% from my love handles, but that I would need to do the heavy lifting of going to the gym and eating right. I went to the clinic and learned I was not a candidate for cool sculpting on the arms as I needed to be about 4 times my current size to be considered a good candidate. Fast forward several months since treatment began, I'm not seeing the curves and I have been working out 5 days a week, rotating between lifting heavily and cardio. When I asked why I wasn't seeing the results promised, I was advised only 20% would be the final outcome, not the 50% I had been initially advised of in the virtual consultation. The consultants work off of commission and do not care what happens after you sign the contract and pay. They have absolutely no regard for black people in this facility. If you are a black woman, do not trust ideal image they will sell you lies upon lies, and no matter how egregious will not refund you. I saw a commercial about Ideal Image, how this company could change your life to the better by bring up your self-esteem regarding aging. I called the number on the screen. During speaking with the representative, from Ally, she said i would need an consultation. She attempted to do an face-time consultation, yet she had problems with her phone to do so, and I still signed on to have done work done on my neck and face. I have an ugly turkey neck, and wanted it gone. I went to the Summerlin location where I was told what procedures I will receive. My main concern was my turkey neck. I was told to start with botex and fillers for my face. After my botex procedure on my forehead, after weeks later, there was no change with the 11 lines right above my nose, I called concerning my dissatisfaction. I was told to return, and was told that I Needed more botex in order to address the 11 lines, that I had to pay additional money out of my pocket. I asked could they add this additional money I needed to pay to my Ally loan, but they said no, that I would have to apply for an additional loan. I was upset that I had to pay cash. I said if i had known, I would have included all procedures needed into the loan from the beginning. I informed staff that I did not have a face consultation as the Ally representative had problems connecting with me. Staff said that I should have had this consultation, because it important for my complete treatments. I came back in for my neck treatment. I had the painful ultherapy done to address my turkey neck. I was told that within 4 months my turkey neck would be gone, but it has been 5 months, and it is still there. It has been an waste of money that I am on the hook for. Bought the laser hair removal package back in 2020. Went through all the treatments and I still have hair! I was even told I could do extra sessions at no cost if hair was still showing up. At my last appointment I asked about another session since that was what I was told I could do during the previous session. I was then informed nope can't do that. When I did my video consult the lady kept saying how after all my treatments are done I won't have any hair on the areas treated and even though I bought the lifetime package I won't need to use it for years. Well that was the biggest lie I was ever told. I still have almost the same amount of hair but now all the pigment is gone. And I was informed if there was no pigment then the laser won't do anything and I must have had those white hairs before. Um no, I would know if most of the hair I wanted removed had no color. I purchased the CoolTone package from Ideal Image for over $1200. They recommended that I purchase four sessions for maximum benefits. At the beginning of each session I would inform the tech that I haven't noticed any change. She insisted that it will take two - four weeks before I see a change. It has been over 6 months and there has been absolutely no change. When we reviewed the before and after pictures the tech even stated that she couldn't see a change. Ideal Image has left the following generic response to all reviews from dissatisfied customers: " I'm so sorry you feel this way. If there is anything we can do to address any specific questions or concerns please contact our customer service team directly at customerservice@idealimage.com or call (888) 922-6211 prompt 1. Thank you!" Please do not bother sending me this response. If you were a reputable company, you would contact me directly to rectify the situation. I have been coming here for a few years for laser hair removal. Due to my work schedule I'm overseas for months at a time and unable to do the 6-8 week treatments on time but have still had huge success. They are clean, friendly and fun to talk to while I receive my treatment. Scheduling appointments is easy and getting a hold of them takes no time. Ive never had to wait in the lobby, even prior to Covid. I have only done the laser hair removal so I can't speak for the other services but I can't understand the negative reviews. I was honestly terrified to go into this because I had heard how painful laser hair removal was (to both my face and wallet), but I consulted with Janet and she found a way to give me a reasonable deal that didn't leave me gauged! So that was amazing and done in a reasonable amount of time. Jessica was the actual person who shot the lasers at my face! She was sooo professional and educated me as we went along.
