Scheduling the appointment is done through text messages. The website is misleading as it appears you can book an appointment at a wide range of time slots; however those times are not true to the owner's availability. The website also does not allow you to book the touch-up, and those appointments must also be arranged via text. Many of my messages have gone unanswered (read receipts to prove that), making it challenging to secure an appointment within the recommended timeframe. My girlfriend's initial appointment was in January, and it is not April and she still has not received the follow-up appointment. Additionally, punctuality was an issue during the initial appointment, and the overall experience was extremely unprofessional. I chose this business because through research, it seemed like a great professional business, but that has proven not to be the case. Overall, due to the lack of communication, scheduling difficulties, and unprofessional environment, I would not recommend wasting time or money on this business! When my wife raised these concerns directly, Morgan actually acknowledged the countless mistakes and admitted the process had been mishandled. But instead of taking accountability in any meaningful way, she flat-out refused to offer any monetary compensation. The only "solution" she proposed was store credit or a complimentary service -- which is insulting. After going through all of this, why on earth would we ever go back? I think the worst part was her attitude when we called to complain, she admitted fault, she knew we would expect compensation (but didn't offer it), but she didn't seem to be sorry...just upset and defensive and what's not what you want when dealing with your wedding.
