Today was my initial treatment and I already feel more comfortable in my home. There's a drain next to my water heater in my laundry room that's located on the inside of my home. Apparently this drain is allowing for pests to come and go as they please and it's freaking me out. GREAT SERVICE AT A GREAT PRICE!! I called a few weeks ago because my other pest control service had gone out of business. I like to buy local when I can and I have not had the best results with the bigger companies. I made my appointment and received a call from him the day before to confirm. When Jason heard about our carpenter ant infestation, he made it a priority to get out to us as soon as he was able (might even have been the same day?). After he inspected the house, Jason let us know what the problem was (3 types of ants), what he was going to do, and most importantly, he took the time to explain what we could expect (it would be very bad the first night with lots of dazed ants running around, then potentially get better, then worse again as they were dying off) so we wouldn't be alarmed. Jason came by to assess the situation and took the time to explain the process and expectations. Very professional and thorough. The cost was reasonable and affordable. Jason thought we may need three treatments to take care of the problem, but after just one, the ants were completely gone and the spiders are steadily decreasing (spiders are harder to get rid of, but totally possible!). Wow - Mike from Ideal Pest Solutions came out for our first visit today and he was amazing. He arrived on time (not a 2 or 4 hour window) and spent 45 minutes on a relatively small home. He sprayed inside, baited for roaches and then went outside to remove cobwebs and wasp nests. Then he said he is going to come back in a week (for no additional charge) to make sure everything is OK. Great job from start to finish. I had been spraying for a year on my own and the roaches would still appear. I called Ideal Pest because I googled pest control in my town and they had the best yelp reviews. The experience was really good from start to finish, girl on the phone was great, the person who came to our house was professional, meticulous, and very pleasant. He explained what he was doing, offered additional services to meet other issues he noticed, all without giving the impression he was trying to sell us stuff, more like he was in our corner trying to help us out. Jason and Ideal Pest are fantastic. They've been my exterminator for the last 3 years and always provide outstanding service. When I first moved in to my home I had ants and saw large palmetto bugs almost daily. After the very first visit by Jason, the problem went away and hasn't returned since. We paid for a termite bond and later, when installing a new door, found thousands of live termites. Jason redid the treatment, damaging our concrete patio and refuses to repair the damage. We also have to replace our entire wood floor now due to termite damage. They will not return phone calls and have removed termite services from their website. leaving us with thousands of dollars in repair work. read more

Jason and team are great! We were having various pest problems. We contacted Ideal Pest Solutions through Yelp and they responded almost immediately and came out to check our house right away. Once they came out they explained what the different pests were and how we would be able to get rid of them. They were very upfront that their services wouldn't do much against the pests we were dealing with so, even though they explained how we'd get rid of the pests, they didn't charge us for their advice at all (even when we offered to pay). Very happy with the service from this company! They came out May 1st as scheduled, and my technician was a veteran in the field and knows his stuff, and also helps you understand a little bit about why you have the issues you have. Mine was a moisture problem which was drawing very large, healthy Palmetto bugs. He came back three weeks later as a follow up and reapplication - all covered under my first and only payment. I have to agree with the other reviewers. I didn't realize what a hassle German cockroaches are. We had a minor infestation in our kitchen in a brand new house. I thought I could take care of them with some home depot roach spray. Unless you are going to spedn many hours and getting all of the different kinds of bait and sprays, skip it and let the professionals handle it. I didn't even make a dent. We have had another pest control company treating our short term rental vacation home for several years. During these years there have been German cockroaches seen off and on in the home. Of course this is unacceptable but that company told us there was nothing more they could do. I didn't accept that and did some research and found Ideal Pest Solutions. First of all Mark from Ideal Pest Solutions was very friendly and understanding. I came to stay at a home to assist an elderly person where there was an unpleasant rodent infestation. I was sooo scared. Mark came out and he could see that I was nervous about the situation, he calmed me down and reassured me that he would do all he can to get rid of this unhealthy problem. He spoke with the elderly person and pointed out the issues that was contributing to the problem and advised what could be done to fix them.
