Where do I start? This company is aces!! Not only did Jason contact me within minutes of my initial correspondence, he was helpful, courteous and genuinely seemed to care about my issue. He had me FaceTime him to walk him through the issue (big plus) he showed up on time from when he quoted me, was quick to diagnose the issue at hand, replaced the part (a seized inducer) and cleaned my whole furnace up, changed out my flame sensor for me and thought he was done. Unfortunately, the company (Black diamond) that installed my water heater a month or 2 ago, snapped the duct work going out to my chimney, potentially causing a carbon monoxide leak into my home. This is potentially life or death stuff here folks. He quickly repaired that issue as well. The price was completely fair, he didn't try to upsell me or anything of the sort. I have a sense for people in how they speak on first contact, and just knew he was going to be perfect.
