There's a few times where I felt like I was going to drown as my mouth was filled with water while lying down in the chair. I told her that she used a lot of water, she kind of laughed it off and did use the suction a bit more often than before but I don't think she realized how uncomfortable it was for me. I've cleaned my teeth every 6 months or so but I've never had such an uncomfortable experience. Other than that, it's great. At one point she was pulling on my cheek to force my mouth open more, and I have never had that issue with any other provider there. It was not just what she was doing, it was how she was doing it, and her gossiping! What made it worse is that she went to the front desk and spoke as if I had been properly informed about the specialist when I was not. As a patient, I should never be made to feel confused or at fault for miscommunication on the office's end. I have always had great experiences here, which is why this was so disappointing. After today, I will not be seeing Dr. Hazin again. If I had known beforehand that others had similar experiences with her, I would have requested a different provider.
