I arrived at the facility at 7:05 for my 7:15 appointment and checked in through my phone, but after going to the kiosk at 7:40, I was told that, because I was late, I would be treated as a walk-in. To clarify, I was not late--I was early. I had to leave by 8:05 due to my schedule. It's misleading to advertise online check-in if it's not effectively implemented. I visit your lab frequently, often twice a month, and it's absurd that I have to submit my insurance card whenever I've already provided that information on your portal. The customer service I experienced was inadequate and lacking empathy. As a disabled person, walking is a significant challenge for me, and I'm currently dealing with mobility issues. While I have a wheelchair, I struggle to get it out of my vehicle without assistance, which further complicates matters. I recognize that LabCorp's time is valuable, but so is mine. I manage a large company and don't have the luxury of waiting an hour for lab work. Making an appointment should minimize wait times. Additionally, I called your customer service for assistance but never received a call back.

I pointed out my appt time, and she said I wasn't on their schedule, and hinted that multiple people were having trouble with the booking system. They don't accept insurance here since you need a doctor's order to bill insurance, but you can submit the receipt to your insurance for possible reimbursement. The staff is always professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I've been in and out very quickly. The facility is clean. I highly recommend this place!

Found this place this morning and I had an appointment scheduled online within 45 minutes and I'm already heading back to work. Very clean facility, super friendly, and super convenient. My husband said they sent his lab results via email or you can obtain them via portal and we just have to forward them onto the ordering physician. Highly recommend!
