I finally decided to go with DAS and I have no regrets whatsoever. I needed a shop that could remove the old, dealer installed "ppf" that cane with the car, install some aftermarket body parts I brought with me, modify my exhaust, then add colored PPF. I primarily worked with Michael. He walked me through the entire process, was transparent about their pricing, and was patient as I had quite a but of scheduling conflicts due to work/travel. He was always responsive and answered my hundreds of questions. I also worked with Auri. He is very meticulous about the product they put out. He noticed a few things that weren't to his high standard (including a dent on my car that was there before I dropped off the car) and had them fixed immediately. Auri is friendly, responsive, and takes a lot of pride in their work (it shows). No doubt I will go to them going forward.

I paid for tint which is fine minus the fact that it had a slight green hue to it and also paid for the remaining chrome deletion. After paying I realized there was a square patch on my side mirror, so I sent a photo to the manager and she agreed it looked terrible and she would fix it. When I contacted her to make an appointment to fix it she let me know the tech quit and she was in the process of hiring someone new and would let me know when she was able to fix it. I followed up several time and meanwhile my other side mirror started peeling off. They're phone number wasn't working for awhile and when I got through to her several months later she responded wanting me to send her all of the photos again, which I did and she never got back to me. I am out my money. Learn from my dumb mistake of not fighting the charges sooner on my CC.

They were also able to fit me in much sooner than I expected. When I arrived I was impressed by the shop. It's much larger than I thought. Very clean, organized and professional. Luis handled the consultation and estimate walked me through everything and made the process simple with no pressure. I had the rear chrome delete done on my Mercedes GLE 53 and the quality of the work was outstanding. What surprised me most was the pricing it was more competitive than several other shops I looked into especially considering the quality of the finished product. I'll definitely be back to have the rest of the chrome trim done and will be using them for detailing as well. If you're looking for a trustworthy shop in Huntington Beach for chrome deletes, wraps, or detailing, I highly recommend Rhino Film & Detail.
