Well, I have had an interesting journey with Vahe. I must say that he went above and beyond and then beyond the reasonable. Let me explain. In February, while I was in Tempe for work, I had taken my iPad, that I dropped and totally shattered the screen. I mean totally DESTROYED!!! I done good. Anyway, I had it with me as I was going to be in Tempe for the week. I looked on line and found this facility. As others have said, it is a little hard to find, but easy when you open your eyes and read the signs. So I went in and presented the iPad. He reassured me that it can be fixed. I handed it over and left. We communicated several times regarding the iPad and by the end of the week it was in fact repaired with a new Screen. iPad pro, by the way. Several weeks later, I noticed it was getting hotter and the battery life was dropping until one day it shut off. I reached out to Vahe and spoke with him about the situation. We agreed that he would look at it and I shipped it to him. A word about shipping. My bad. I did not protect it as I should have from the ravages of shipping. It arrived bent. Very bent. Vahe assured me that he will look into the repair and stay in contact with me. He did. He emailed me with updates on the straightening, the repair and the testing of the iPad. Several weeks went by, two I think, and Vahe contacted me that he got it going and will be performing all the necessary tests. On my iPhone, I saw it come alive under find my iPhone. This place is easy to find and they are fast when it comes to getting your phone screen fixed. I've been here twice in the last 2 years specifically due to me cracking the screen on the phone when I unexpectedly dropped it. The price was the same as the first time I came in last year which is around $100 and the duration of time it takes for them the replace the screen and all is a total of an hour at most. I've always had a good experience here and they are super reliable when it comes to replacing iPhone screens. They did ask if I wanted the generic non-apple branded replacement which was priced at $10-$15 dollars less than the regular apple branded screen.
