I brought my Chevy Camaro in because it had a shudder. From the start, he was completely honest and explained that while it could turn into something more serious, like a transmission rebuild, there's also a known issue with these cars. Chevy has put out a notice about an updated fluid that has been resolving the problem for many drivers. He made it clear that this was the best-case scenario, but didn't guarantee it, just gave me honest, straightforward information. They performed the transmission fluid service, and it worked perfectly. Problem gone.
