BUT, as of late, I believe this colder weather has now drained what's left and I needed to get my batteries replaced ASAP. After doing a lot of research in the area, I found HYBRID BATTERY REPAIR TOYOTA and I decided to trust them with my baby. HYBRID BATTERY REPAIR TOYOTA is part of CENTRIC AUTO REPAIR and they are both located within the same building in San Marcos. The map directions to their location was very direct and although they have very limited parking directly in front of their office, there is plenty of free parking space in their lot towards the back. Customer service is excellent and I was greeted by Victor. He was very knowledgeable and more importantly, came across very genuine (not like he was trying to upsell me on any services). Victor was very direct with what needed to be done to my car and what the cost would be. Originally, he said that I could just leave the vehicle with the shop & they could return it in a a few days. With all the crazy rain coming and my work situation, that couldn't work for me. I explained that I needed the work done in 1 day. Victor left to speak to his staff and was able to have me leave my car to get repaired for the next day! Even better, he contacted ENTERPRISE CAR RENTALS, next door to them, and was able to arrange a rental vehicle to me that same day! The service is above and beyond what I'd expected and their pricing was extremely great! I also appreciate that they have complimentary drinks, snacks & clean bathroom for their clients. Had a great experience with HYBRID BATTERY REPAIR TOYOTA and I highly recommend them. Side note: Be patient with them if you don't get a response on the phone. They only had 1 staff up front. I had better luck just driving to them and walking in. A minor inconvenience for such great service. Besides, once service has started, they send Text Notifications with Updates on your service.
