Took my vehicle in to get my engine checked out due to check engine light coming on, they had my car for over a month claiming they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it but couldn't diagnose with a reader that stated the problem. They said they were taking it elsewhere cause they had no space for parking. Turns out they swapped out my transmission for an old beat up one, ofc nobody would know because I took it for an engine problem not a transmission problem and now it's costing me double the amount of money to get it fixed. Save your time and AVOID THIS PLACE THEY ARE THEIFS. They also do work and charge you with our your prior authorization on the work getting done. How is a shady businesses like this still open? THREE WORDS. Better Call Sal. Sal is the name of the employee who I talked to on the phone, he also put the used Michelin tires that were basically brand new on my car today. Can you believe that I got basically new Michelin tires for $35!!!!!!! He was nice on the phone and in person, he put coating on the tires that made them literally look brand new after and I was in and out in 1 pubg mobile game on my phone(20 minuets). I walked out paying $70 for 2 incredible tires, with incredible service. Can you guys believe I called every tire shop from Washington to Jackson and Sal was the ONLY ONE who could come through. Stay far away from this place. After taking my car to the dealership last weekend to get a 12 point inspection, they topped up my oil and power steering fluid, and gave my car a clean bill of health. After driving from LA this weekend I went into All Star to get the windshield washer fluid topped up and the mechanic came back to let me know that I needed a new valve cover gasket - something that seemed odd since I had just gotten a clean bill of health from the dealership. Knowing that this part costs less than $20, I figured I'd ask him how much it would cost. To my surprise he gave me a written quote of $325. I said thanks but no thanks and left. When I got home I took a look at the gasket, and discovered that the mechanic had loosened ALL SEVEN SCREWS to the gasket, and oil was leaking all around onto my driveway. I checked the oil level, and sure enough, it was extremely low (after having been topped up the weekend before). I tightened all the screws and added a quart of oil, but realized what this mechanic had done. I've reported him to BBB, and will be taking more action. STAY AWAY. read more

These guys are horrible! They completely ruined my car. They were supposed to keep it for a week and ended up keeping it for a month, THEN it was still messed up and I had to take it back to them to fix their errors. And even AFTER that it was still messed up. All in all I paid $6000 just for them to screw up my vehicle. I just had to pay a dealership another $2000 to fix what they messed up. The dealership told me "The last guys who worked on your car really messed it up." Horrible. Stay away from these clowns. read more

They can't even remember to do a simple task on my car? I came to this place to get my transmission rebuilt, they said it would be done in 1 week!!! 4 months later with them redoing the transmission 3 multiple times because they didn't take the time to do it properly, I also asked to have my battery replaced while it sat there.... they replaced it with a smaller battery than my Silverado could handle so that lasted about 1yr. .I recently went to get a smog and all kinds of codes popped up from the diagnostic so I took it back to all star wheels and tires to run a diagnostic test and they told me do it is the next morning, I came back next morning 8am and drove by twice that day and noticed it hadn't been moved so I call at the end of the day because of course they don't ever call back and update you... and they had me on hold trying to see " how my truck was doing" they never touched it I bet. So he tells me to bring it back after the weekend and he'll take care of it and of course Monday rolls around and I'm calling him and no answer, than he has someone else tell me he's busy and undermanned and to come back tomorrow. This place is HORRIBLE. They will rip you off don't go!! I went in for an alignment and they charged me $50 for it. The service was horrible first off, they took my car in and they worked on it for maybe 20 minutes and they said they fixed it and proceeded to try and sell me some random part they thought I needed, which I found out I didn't. I drove off and my alignment was even worse from when I first brought it. I took it to a different place and the numbers were so off that they weren't even showing on the computer system.
