Saw all advertising for an auction today on their website,Craigslist and facebook pages all still listing the old Winchester Wy. address. Showed up there this morning to find it was no longer at that location, so we called & they gave us the new address. Showed up at the new location and there was no auction, nothing that was advertised was there (food , raffle, over 100 cars etc.) They allowed us to look at the cars that were there however, the asking prices were ridiculously overpriced and unreasonable!!! Especially when expecting to go to an auction environment! Not to mention...when we called asking for the "new" address they failed to mention that the event had been cancelled. We drove an extra 20 miles to get there.... In a rented trailer & truck because we were determined to come home with something. Complete waste of time and $$$$ !!!!!! Extremely unprofessional and will not receive our business in the future. read more

I had a great experience here today at ie auto auction. the staff was friendly and everyone seemed to explain and answer all my questions, I needed a car for my wife and all I had was $1200, so I purchased a Honda that came with a free warranty and It runs excellent. Im so happy and will recommend this auction to anyone looking to buy a Vehicle. They even Registered the car to my name immediately so I didn't have to go to the dmv. So I bought a 2003 Chevy Suburban here. I paid almost $500 to have the tags and registration done by them up-to-date I'm going on three months first they told me they lost my paperwork . they told me that the vehicle originally had a clean title but they could never produce a pink slip on it now I'm being told that they're waiting on a repossession date so that they can get it cleared to the DMV I have called the place over 50 times to get bullshitted. Now I'm at the point or if I took it to get registered through anyone else I will have to pay the $500 again in back tags. Which is really the responsibility of them. If you ever buy a car through these people do not have them do the registration. They never returned your phone call. read more

Bought a car I couldn't even drive off their lot because the transmission was shot. So no problem, I purchased the warranty, right? Wrong, they F you with other fees. They don't give you the auction fee back $150, they don't refund the registration fees and then charge you additional fees to reverse the transaction. Basically, they robbed me of $350. Oh and get this, knowing it had a bad transmission, they put it back on the auction block for the next guy to get robbed of $350. They are crooks!!!!!!!!!!! Oh, you can't lift the hood or start any of their cars...I wonder why!? There is one guy there Jesus, he's an fn liar, cheat and a crook. Shame he has that name, complete opposite of the real Jesus. No one should buy cars from here! They lied about the mileage on a car during the auction, & didn't hand over the keys to check the car out until after paying $1124. Asked to see the footage of the auction & somehow our purchase was magically unrecorded. They tried to offer other cars that we witnessed being sold, claiming they were placed on hold by the customer. If they were placed on hold (which was never stated as an option to do) then why would you offer them to someone else. Checked them out anyway & they all had dead batteries or check engine lights already on. Tried to get my money back & all they offered was $850 so they could still make a profit off of their lies. And of all the cars that sold only about 15 people were actually in line purchasing cars. The rest worked for them to drive up prices to what they wanted them to sell for & if they didn't get what they wanted the people paid to be there "won" the sale. Biggest scam we've ever witnessed & we're out $274 that we actually needed to purchase a car for our family. Other people who drove their cars off the lot ended up returning within the hour due to major issues before they even got home. read more

SHADY! Most of the cars here start at $500 and are not worth more than that. They will have 2 or 3 mediocre cars and one nice one that isn't actually for auction but to entice customers to come in. After the bid is completed they will tell you they need to call the bank who owns the car to see if they are willing to take your offer (not sure why that wasn't done before bidding starts?). Then they will tell you it is actually $500-$1000 more than the highest bid which isnt even the main problem with this company. I bid on a 2006 toyota solara and mercedes SUV and was the highest bidder on both. They told me it would actually be $500 extra for the solara and they added another $1000 onto the Mercedes so I purchased the solara as it was still a great deal. They do not have the car titles at the auction lot so they offer to mail or have you come back when they come in. It has now been almost 8 weeks and I still have not received it. When I called in the beginning they told me they were sending it out. I have been in contact with 3 different employees and have been promised over 20 times with a call back or answer to what is taking so long. Now my messages, emails and calls are being ignored. read more
