THIS REVIEW IS FOR THW TRAINING PART OF IE MICROBLADING: I want to start off by saying Deana is an incredibly sweet person. She really is. She gave me rides home my two training days when I didn't have a ride. With that said, I was disappointed more than once while taking the training. I initially chose IE because of the three months free in the salon. With microblading I'll say, I learned a decent amount. While she didn't cover how to actually cover up old work or fill in the brows appropriately or really teach any other patterns, I still walked out mostly comfortable with what I learned. THAT WAS NOT THE CASE WITH SHADING. In the aspect of ombré brows, I learned pretty much not a thing. The gist of it was go home and practice. It'll get better. And while practice is important, there was a lot more that should have been taught before being just sent home to learn on your own. I told her on many occasions that I needed help and the fact of the matter is every time she was just much too busy to sit with me and walk me through it. After many YouTube videos and spending an extra 1800 on different training, only now do I feel comfortable. My other trainer was shocked at how little I knew. I'm not leaving this review for no other reason than the hopes that It'll encourage someone else to speak up more or Deanna to take the time to teach shading a more appropriate way. I wish her and her business well but wish I would have known what I know now. I could have saved a lot of money that I do not have. read more

I was here a little over a month ago and got my brows bladed by Jennifer and today we are doing my touch up! She did such a great job! I would not recommend this spot. I paid 500$ for good eyebrows and basically flushed it down the toilet. She didn't measure my eyebrows just basically free handed along with my hair. I then, asked her how much for shading because my brows didn't take good and she read it and didn't respond back. Ugh, disappointed. I paid for another spot to fix them. read more

First of all the 3 day class felt more like a really amazing gathering of artistic people who have a passion for all things creative! So it was fun and the 3 days flew by.. i learned a lot from Deanna and i love how everytime i do a model she is always making sure she is there to guide me! Got a touch up on my brows and I must say great job! My Technician was the owner of the salon so she was a little preoccupied handling business but other than that everything was great. The salon is basically new so I'm sure shes still working out a few kinks. But as far as her work... it is impeccable, I definitely recommend her and will go back again. The place was clean and the price is good. She also has a great personality and good energy. Happy to see a young black female doing what she loves.
