Most of my interaction was with a young man named Bret and over the next 5 days found him- Professional, PATIENT, Knowledgeable, and most importantly followed up with me daily on the progress. He ordered me an new HD and Mirrored for me so everything was the same when I got it back, which I needed and changed some RAM, and a few other things. And now I'm Happily back in business!! Absolutely horrid customer service talking to me thru a wall when I'm the only customer in the lobby! 2 employees were working as I heard a male & a female voice. Not sure what they were doing, but apparently they were too busy for a customer. If you are the owner and are reading this, please know this hsppened on a Saturday at 12:30pm. Worst customer service experience I have ever had. This place is currently holding my property hostage due to no fault of my own. They refuse to give me back my phone that has been repaired under warranty due to a supposed issue with the claim portal that is not my problem and has nothing to do with me. I gave them over 7 hours to get the issue fixed and they still refuse to hand over my property. I even asked them to undo the repair and give me my phone back and Josh refused!! If you expect to get your phone back once service has been completed, don't. I am currently weighing my legal actions in order to get my now stolen property back. Had a pretty terrible experience with this place. Brought my phone in to fix cracked screen, left it there all day, provided a contact number for them to contact me about anything. When I showed up to retrieve (hours later) what I thought would be my repaired device, they informed my that the phone was now completely inoperable and although they could have easily replaced the screen to fix the primary problem (the additional issues occurred when they removed the screen) they said they could not fix any of it. I have lost all of my data and no way to retrieve it. Manager was absolutely rude, no sense of customer service just rote robotic, canned responses. I guess since they are the only ones contracted with the insurance company they can provide terrible service and get away with it. Not happy with this place or the outcome. read more

My Google Pixel phone was not even 6 months old when the touchscreen stopped working. After contacting Google regarding the warranty information, I was directed to the uBreakiFix store in Meridian. It was so easy to make an appointment online to bring my phone in. The technicians there were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They repaired my phone under the warranty in about 4 hours. It was easy to drop off and pick it up later the same day. They even ran a full diagnostic to make sure the phone was in good working order and advised if the problem happened again, I might have to replace the phone under Google's warranty. As an aside, the Google Maps directions are not perfect and I did have to drive around in the parking lot to find them tucked away in the little strip mall at the SE corner of Eagle Rd. and Fairview (look for the big Tree City Juice sign). read more

Dropped off sons ps5 with hdmi port fix it turned on at the place and the man said it would be 200$ when we pick up. well they called and said it's not fixable at their place it's "too complicated" and we could pick it up free of charge! they said some of the pins were missing which is not accurate because it turned on at the shop! when we came to pick it up they still charged us 65$ for diagnosti check which is crap because they said it was free and also states that on their web page! not only is my son out 65$ but his ps5 was returned with NO hdmi and all the pins missing!! we brought our Xbox series x in to get repaired because the hdmi pins were bent. they said the repair would take 1-2 weeks and quoted us for $170. After a month of no calls or emails we called them and they said it would be ready by Monday. We didn't get a call on Monday. We called again today and they said the repair was unfixable and we can pick it up whenever. They recommended we subscribed to the Asurion home + to get it fixed quicker. After they told us after a month of waiting that the xbox wouldn't be able to be fixed we found out we couldn't cancel the subscription through the store. Which is odd because that company owns the stores but whatever. we called the company the guy from Asurion told us we were manipulating the system when we wanted to cancel our subscription. awful service. don't bother going read more

The girl on the phone is actually really sweet and informative. Most professional phone call experience I've had. I was super impressed, I remember thinking to myself in my head like "man I wish I was more like her" (I've done some call center work before and she got that customer service on lockdown). The guy was also super transparent about the process. Little shocked reading some of the reviews. But also you know people are more open like to share negative experiences more than those who have a good experience, and no one is without an off day. So I'd give them a little benefit of the doubt. Personally, I had a great experience. Both of them were very respectful and funny. All laughs and smiles on my experience. I also asked my friends about this place prior to going and I had all good reviews. I was recommended highly to go here. So far no issues. Pricing.. it is what it is. Told me my phone would be repaired back to original state. Cost was almost as much as new phone. But I thought it would be worth it if I got my texts and photos back. Got phone back and cameras didn't work. I called and they said parts aren't available to complete fix and even if they were it would be extra cost. Thus putting it over the cost of a new phone. I requested a refund since it's useless to me without a camera. They said no. So now I have a broken phone and still have to buy a new one. 0/10 experience. My expectations were let down when I found that my lenses were fixed but the camera was still broken. This place was horrible, their main purpose is to upsale you a recurring monthly Plan so they can make money, I took a tablet in to replace battery and he said screen was no good so it would cost -350 dollars, which is more than a new tablet by far!!!! BTW had it looked at after this experience by a computer engineer and someone who works on technical computer issues for a living and the screen was in great shape no issues!!!! I asked if they could just disconnect battery for safety issues and they said no, total scam nothing whatsoever wrong only expanding battery needed to be replaced and for safety of customer should have at least disconnected it....not to mention there was one person at front desk and over 10 people waiting to be seen, this guy still tried to sale this Asurion plan to each person despite overwhelming wait and many annoyed customers most of who walked out because they just had already waited so long!!!! We took my daughters phone in to have the broken screen fixed. Prior to bringing in the phone my wife called and asked them out the phone repair. They said they could do the repair but they don't have the parts and would have to order them. I took the phone in today to start the process of the phone repair to find out they did have the parts but it would take 24 hours to do the repair. We told the guy that the phone was drug thru the water in the ocean and how the screen got broken. Never did the employee tell us that they can't fix phones that have been wet and they never told us that Samsung won't allow them to repair phones that have been wet. The phone worked fine outside of the giant cracks on the screen, the reason we asked them to repair the phone. Three hours later the store calls me to say that there is water damage corrosion on the charging terminal and they refuse to fix the screen!!!!! The phone worked fine even the screen. I asked them to replace the screen. THEY REFUSED TO FIX THE SCREEN. I told them that this review was coming and they still refused to fix the screen. I'm not sure what scam these guys are trying to run here but I advise avoiding them. To add insult to injury when I called Samsung they told me that this store is the one that they want me to go to. The store lied and gave me nobody to contact avoid these lazy scam artists! read more

I cannot, in any circumstance, recommend that anybody have their repair done through this branch. I brought my game console in to have the HDMI port repaired. When I received it back a week and a half later, the disk drive was completely broken. I took the console back in & they took a full day to lie and say that there was no issue. There certainly is. I took it and again and they told me they would not fix what they had broken. Instead, they offered that I give them MORE of my money to fix it. Absolutely fraudulent. I called three different places and uBreak could get the part the soonest (4 days) and they were the cheapest, even though we were covered by insurance. We are very happy with the screen replacement for our Galaxy S22 Ultra (Burgundy). Will update is there is an issue, but given the immediate result, I would happily go back. read more

While on the phone they may seem professional, in person that is not the case. Took multiple trips in to make sure they got the correct screen ordered. Then After dropping it off on the scheduled time, it was over a day later to get my phone back. Leaving me feel like I was the biggest chump in the world to have gone there. Should have gone anywhere else. That's correct. on 8/4 stopped in to get a screen repaired. Man behind the check-in desk, said he didn't have one currently but would get it ordered, and check back next week to get it taken care. Called back then next week, people in the office said no one order the needed screen. So I made a additional schedule to return more than a week later. Showed up on 8/23 to get the phone fixed. Andrew was working the check-in desk that day, and I was the 3rd person in only 4 minutes after it opened. It was 52 minutes later that I finally left after getting checked in. Yes, each person takes almost 20+ minutes to check in. The clerk said computer kept refreshing and he had to re-enter the information. After giving him my phone number over 5 times, he was told by a supervisor to fill out a paper work order. All the time I kept thinking they should call Asurion since the commercial playing behind them said that he can fix and handle all electronics. They would call in a few hours when it was done. 5 hours later I called to find the status. Brooke the manager said, I am 3rd in line for tomorrow's repair. What? I was first today I said. She apologized said she didn't notice the due time was that day and denied me the possibility to get my phone until 11:00 (guaranteed she said). 11:15, I get to the store, and after a 20 minute wait I get to ask about my phone. Back to the man in the wheel chair, never got his name, he tells me it's not done, might be 30 minutes or long. So I asked to speak to a manager. So I get to talk to Brooke in person. She then to try to make me happy asks if I would like to wait 30 minutes for them to finish (which involves getting the device to work) (and all this for a cracked screen) or I could wait the 30 minutes for them to put the old cracked screen back on. What to do? I have to wait. I promise to return. Before going back and while a few blocks away about an hour later, I call, ask to speak to Brooke. She updates me, just 5 minutes more. I said, I will see you in 5 minutes. Well I arrived in 10 minutes, waited 18 minutes to speak to the desk clerk, which is Andrew again. He says that Brooke went to lunch (what a coward of a girl, would not even speak to me, and I am a gentle giant too boot). He had some trouble processing the payment and needed help to run the cash register. To top everything off, they didn't have the screen protector I needed or case that I wanted to get. Thankfully there is a Best Buy that has that stuff just a few miles away. Bottom line, if you still reading about my ordeal, don't go there. Go anywhere else and save your mind. Okay so had a repair of a repair of a "repair" . The repair tech said they didn't have the adhesive they needed to put the gasket needed for the home button on the device . This is why I had to bring it back to begin with . They charged me 200$ to not repair a device ? It will take a few days to process. Took one month total "repair time and was not done correctly . HORRIBLE customer service!!!! Wish you could do negative amount of stars on Yelp. They asked for payment before attempting to remove a broken charger from our iPad. When they were unsuccessful in removing the charger, they stated they could apply what we paid to replace the entire piece within the iPad that the charger plugs into and to come back the next day (did not offer a refund at that time). The next day we went back and we decided we didn't want to pay the price they wanted to charge and asked for a refund. They processed the refund and said we would see it in about 5 to 7 days. Two weeks had gone by with no refund so we contacted the store and they told us there was nothing they could do we needed to deal with corporate. After calling corporate five times and being transferred about five times each time we called and sending an email to the case manager they had assigned, there was still no resolution, nor did anybody seem to care about giving us our refund. Contacted my bank yesterday and my bank ended up refunding my money. I will never ever ever work with this company again, nor would I recommend them to even my worst enemy, unless you are OK with giving them money and them not providing you any service. I took my xbox to them for an hdmi repair and there was nothing else wrong, I gave it to them on a busy day and they told me they'd get to it the next day and should be finished when I come in. I understood that they were busy so I went in the next day at 4:30 to pick it up and they said another 10-15 minutes. So I went back at 4:45 and they said 10-15 minutes. Then I went at 5 and they gave me a bullshit excuse of not having enough techs and that it was going to be a bit longer. I asked them about it again at 5:45 and they said they were done but messed up a solder on the port and had to clean it up. I went home and came back at 6:15 to pick it up and complain. Then after I took it home, turns out they broke the fan and so I told them the next day to take it in and fix it but they again gave me the excuse of not having enough people to fix it. Maybe if you didn't have enough people to fix it, you should've fixed it correctly the first time. Terrible service, only going back because of a warranty. read more

We took it to several other places and they all said the same thing "whoever attempted to fix this really messed it up and it is now not fixable".
