I also mentioned I needed a quicker turn around then what they offered. He came back 5 minutes later after getting off the phone with his boss and said $100 per hour. Keep in mind, the PSU is a $100 dollar part max that doesn't take that long to install. Shady pricing with no upfront clarity until I pushed them harder.
